Beautiful rambling early-1900s fully restored farmhouse in pastoral country setting on a few acres. One of the original homesteads in Paonia. Quintessential rural seclusion with an easy walk to town. Big trees and yard, sweet front porch, pocket doors, wood floors, nice-sized air-conditioned bedrooms and lots of fresh air and sunshine. 1 block away from the river and Paonia library, 3 blocks from center of town.

Maximum of 4 guests.

We do consider pets. Please inquire during booking. If accepted, our pet fee is $40/pet.

We love getting to know who we are hosting! When making your booking request, please tell us a little bit about yourself, and let us know the total number of people who will be staying at the house, including children.

Beautiful home, great location and wonderful outdoor area to enjoy the perfect fall weather. The home had a nice big table to play games in the evening and I liked that the TV was upstairs and away from the living area. Christina and Barry were very nice and accommodating hosts! Beautiful Farmhouse Stay
We come to Paonia every year to visit family. This home did not disappoint! The home was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. There were fresh flowers on the dining room table and music playing when we walked in. Barry & Christina are wonderful hosts. As a professional chef, I found the kitchen to be very well appointed and great to cook in. We had a large front yard to enjoy with our family and the deer that wandered through.
