FABULOUS VIEWS OF THE BAY AND THE MOUNTAINS
2 bedroom town house in the popular village of Tala.
Local amenities of bars restaurants, chemist, shop, deli and other local amenities within a few minutes walk.
The property consists of a Newly modernised kitchen. The family bathroom and toilet was retiled to a high standard in 2021.
The lounge and dining room furniture has also been replaced June 2023 and sep 2023 both bedrooms has had new furniture.

A double and a twin bedroom both with small balconies with good views.
The inside of the property was redecorated in October 2021 and downstairs has been refurbished.
The property is not overlooked by others.
Property is on a small complex with a shared pool.

Nearest beach 7 minute drive. paphos harbour 15 mins drive. Airport 25 mins drive. It is adviseable to have car hire but local buses come up to the village.
The village of tala is a 5 minute walk to the newly revamped Tala Square.

Light , spacious apartment with great view, but
The apartment is in a great location with great views from the balcony. It was clean and nicely furnished.
However, we were staying in November when it is dark from 5pm and we were very disappointed with the TV/DVD unit. it was an old model ( old internal chip), very small screen, unresponsive to commands and the integrated DVD unit seemed jammed. The bluetooth music system didn't work either ( refused to pair). It needs a larger more up to date TV with clear instructions on how to use it. We would also have appreciated an information folder on the area, as there was little. A cafetiere woud be useful for making ground coffee, as there was nothing to make it in. We have holiday lets ourselves and all these things are pretty basic. However that said there is plenty to enjoy about this place.

Amazing Stay!
Beautiful apartment, great location near bars and resturants and view from balcony was amazing! The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything needed for a perfect stay. Looking forward to coming back soon

Highly recommended
Lovely accommodation, spacious and clean, huge secluded balcony with great views, everything we needed for our stay.
Nice pool and good off road parking.
Close to shop, restaurants and bar really enjoyed our stay, hopefully will be returning next year.

Lovely property excellent value for money
A lovely apartment with a great view situated very close to the village of Tala. The owner was very accommodating and communication from start to finish was excellent. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. We Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Very lovely place to stay
I found this apartment through a google search, the location looked ideal for us and the apartment looked a good size, with a very reasonable price.
I booked straight away, and it was the best decision I made. The host communicated very quickly with information about the apartment and the area.
Communication throughout was fantastic and the apartment itself was just perfect. Very clean, very well stocked and a good size for me and my husband with our 11 year old child.
The complex was quiet, and the few neighbours we did see were all polite and pleasant.
Close location to amenities, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
