A well furnished. secure and spacious 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a modern development. The development has its own swimming pool on the lower level where parasols and sun beds are provided. The apartment has a wide terrace facing directly West - great for sundowners - with an uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and hillsides to the north. Night time views are especially romantic. Both the living area and bedroom have sliding glass patio doors that open directly onto the terrace giving you a lovely view to wake up to. The apartment is situated on a hillside just below Kissonerga village, only 1km from Vardas Beach, and 5 mins drive to the famous Coral Bay beach. Wi-Fi connection is included.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce logement. C'était la meilleure décision. Tout le confort est là. La vue depuis l'appartement est tout simplement exceptionnel. On ne pouvait pas rever mieux. Seul bémol : difficile trouver l'emplacement de l'appartement. Quelques photos pour montrer comment accéder aurait été un plus. Sinon tout était ok. Je vous le recommandé.

Apartment with great view and Sunsets

Would recommend arriving during day light hours. Not that easy to find in the dark despite detailed instructions…thank goodness for Google maps. It is up a hill and the driveway is very steep. A little too steep and too far to walk to local bars and restaurants for us. Lovely and clean although a little tired internally. Great balcony view especially for sunsets. Very comfy bed. Despite detailed instructions we couldn’t get the TV or DVD to work and the kettle blew the electrics which took all afternoon, many phone calls and the managers husband to come and get it all working again.

Grate apartment

Apartment was very good, we have everything you need on holidays. Specially we admired the see view from glassed terrace. Also the transport was good. Several beaches 7-10 min. away by bus. Busses ran every 15 minutes. Small supermarkets close enough. Highly recommended

Well situated and equipped apartment

We had a wonderful week here in October. The shared pool was wonderful for swimming in and relaxing at pool side. The position and cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. All the owners information was most helpful. Hoe to have the opportunity to return sometime.

Gute Lage, sehr schöne Aussicht von der Terasse

Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, saubere Wohnung, Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Aussicht von der großen Terasse und aus Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. In der Umgebung rund um Kissonerga gibt es schöne Strände, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - perfekt für alle, die den Westen Zyperns mit dem Mietwagen erkunden möchten. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Perfect apartment for a couple

Lovely spacious 3rd floor apartment with a huge balcony with sea views in this small complex. Living room and bedroom have doors which open onto the balcony allowing sea breezes overnight so no need for the air conditioning (but is definitely needed during the day!) Lovely pool big enough to swim properly. Very quiet location off the main road. Would definitely stay again.

Très bonne situation pour profiter des charmes de la partie nord-ouest de l'île. Appartement très confortable, bien équipé et bien orienté. Très belle terrasse pour une vue très agréable. Les plus: la piscine et le parking couvert.
