2nd stay at this great villa

We loved the upgraded windows, shutters and glass surrounding the top veranda. Villa behind still isn’t complete but there was no work going on when we there. We hired a car for the 2 weeks so had a few days out but spent most days just lazing round the pool. We walked down to the 3 local restaurants for lunches and a few evening meals, all lovely. Last time our favourite was Nature but this time we liked Sea Caves Tavern. Villa is in a great location to walk to good restaurants but a car is handy for shopping (although Phillipos do deliver) and for days out.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Jason - the villa was brilliant - the outside space was marvellous and the views were great. It is in a lovely area and walking distance to 3 great restaurants. We had a couple of minor issues but they were soon sorted out by Jason. We Will seriously consider going again next year.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed for 14 nights in September 2023, Myself and my wife plus 3 adult children all enjoyed a fabulous holiday at Villa Jason. The Villa has the most perfect uninterrupted views of the Sea Caves and Mediterranean. It's perfectly located with excellent Tavernas and walks along the Sea Caves coastline. The facilities of the Villa are excellent with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The host Jason was always a pleasure to contact and provided any assistance we required. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking the perfect holiday in the sun😎

Beautiful Modern Villa with Stunning Views over sea Caves

Wonderful Stay in villa Jason … great communication with Jason the owner … the villa is modern & finished to a very high spec .. loved the concept of the bedrooms downstairs and kitchen and living room upstairs .. the sunset views you get from here are stunning …a car is a must but only a few mins drive to local restaurants and bars .. yes they are building just behind the villa but this doesn’t effect your stay here … if your looking for a tranquil beautiful villa in the heart of sea caves this is a must for you 😊

Great return visit although not as peaceful as previously

This was our second visit to Villa Jason, with the first back in September 2019. One of the main aspects for returning was the peace and quiet afforded by the villa location. It was really nice to see the further improvements to the villa (refitted bathrooms, kitchen, etc). The pool area was just as great. Jason is very prompt with responses to questions and sorting any problems with the property. One change though was how many new villas in the area are in the midst of being built and new sites for sale. A villa is also being constructed in the field adjacent to the rear of Villa Jason; the land abuts and the villa is about 50 metres away and can be seen from the pool area. There was construction work ongoing most days at the adjacent villa. Most of the time it was low level noise that did not bother us. However we did have four days of noise from large earth moving machinery that was loud and annoying for us. This typically lasted for about 6 hours a day, starting from just before 8 am and on occasion finishing at about 4 pm. The Villa Jason and its views really are great, as is the prompt response from the owner to sort any problems. Clearly though any noise from the adjacent construction is outside of the owners control, for which peace and quiet may or may note be an issue depending on your tolerance. I hope it remains quiet for other guests.

On arrival actually seeing the villa from both the outside pool area & inside the site pictures Are totally accurate villa very spacious, bedrooms on ground floor brilliant. All amenities are truly exceptional, we loved the area, however a new villa construction behind the villa meant heavy equipment in use, but this overall did not impact our holiday. We would definitely recommend your villa to family & friends, Jason really helpful

An amazing villa

Another reviewer mentioned that the inside of the property is a little tired and the outside is new and perfect. I would say the inside is perfectly good - the kitchen probably needs updating but is perfectly usable. The villa has all the facilities you'll need and has lots of the basics too - cling film, coffee, tea - which means you don't have to buy everything from scratch. That's really helpful. But, the BIG appeal of this villa - and why I highly recommend it - is the outside space. The pool, view, outside kitchen, lounging area are all exceptional. Especially the view. We had an amazing holiday and felt very fortunate to be able to enjoy such a stunning holiday home.

From the moment we arrived at Villa Jason, it was clear this was no ordinary holiday rental! Every moment spent here was truly unforgettable.The villa itself was immaculate. Spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, it balanced luxury with the warmth of a home, with floor-to-ceiling windows framed panoramic views of the Mediterranean.What truly sets this villa apart is the outdoor space. The infinity pool seemed to blend into the sea, and the BBQ area was fully equipped and ideal for al fresco dining under the stars.Location-wise, the villa is perfectly positioned. Just a short drive from Coral Bay’s sandy beaches, shops and charming tavernas, and only 25 minutes from Paphos with a beautiful harbour and an awesome Waterpark. A rental car would be advisable so you can explore what the island has on offer.The hosts were equally impressive—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect. Away from it all roomy villa.

We really like this villa this is our second visit at the same time of year. However, it has deteriorated since last year. The kitchen cupboards are rotting inside and there is a musty smell in some of the cupboards ( we avoided those, plenty of others to use). Paint work around the villa is bubbling and marked. The bathrooms need updating , walk in showers or shower screens would be useful. There was a millipede infestation, 100s of them in the villa, we got rid of a lot but they are breeding . The outside of the villa is lovely. The pool is great. There are bluetooth speakers in the outside kitchen plus another gas barbecue, very useful. We still enjoyed our stay because the place is so easy and comfortable. Just put off by the infestation and the musty kitchen. Will wait for the refurbishment before we go again.

A very comfortable well equipped villa. Stunning views and tranquil setting

We booked the Villa with short notice. Wasn't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised. The pictures do not do it justice. The beds were very comfortable, there were condiments, oils, coffee and useful kitchen didposables ( foil, baking paper etc )which makes life easy when self catering. The gas bearbeque was great on the veranda with remote control shading. The stunning infinity pool was a perfect temp with fantastic views. The bathrooms have large dressing rooms. Only downside was, there were only over the bath showers with no screen so you had to be careful to avoid slipping . But that was minor as the bathmat mopped the water up. The beds were so comfortable with a thick matress topper , no back ache at all. We stayed 7 days in late May early June, we wanted to stay longer and both decided it is the only place we would return to. Thank you. We had no problems , everything was just so easy.

Lovely location and views

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at Villa Jason and had a thoroughly enjoyable time at this very spacious villa, which we thought offered good value for money. Firstly l’ll mention about the bathrooms and kitchen, which the previous reviewers have commented on. Although the bathrooms are not modern, they are perfectly functional and most importantly for us, they were clean. The kitchen is functional and yes, could ideally do with a makeover at some point, but we can see that the update of this villa has so far been concentrated on the outside areas and furniture, which is where we would also put our money initially. Pros: Prompt communications with Jason; thank you. Very clean villa both inside and outside; the best we have had so far. Spacious rooms Lovely infinity pool of a good size and spacious patio area; all finished to a high standard. Good quality of outside furniture (i.e Hartmann). Flexibility of 2x gas bbq’s that were also very clean. Flexibility of outside sink/fridge and toilet/shower block below the covered seating area. The lovely sea view and peacefulness of the surrounding area; the majority of the nearby villas were not occupied during our stay. Nearby options of restaurants within a few minutes drive, and the large Philippos supermarket about a 8 minute drive, also 30 minutes to Paphos. We really liked the immediate area around the villa, which is off predominantly large villas and has not been overdeveloped (we hope that lasts). Covered veranda area adjacent to kitchen where we spent our evenings watching the sun set. Cons A walk in shower would be preferred than the bath/ shower option. Not much else really based on the rental cost vs value for money. Would we return? A definite yes from us.
