Beautiful villa

The villa is set in argaka just outside polis, with views of the sea in me side and mountains the other-side. The villa is spacious which was ideal for 2 families. The pool is a good size and regularly cleaned by the pool man ( comes very early ). I would definitely recommend using the resteraunts along the beach in argaka especially the bar and grill with the pirate ship outside ( Thursday Greek night ) we did not have 1 bad meal in any of the restaurants in the 10 days we stayed. We hired a boat for the day from latchi water sports to visit the blue lagoon which was beautiful. And definitely hire an off-road buggy to go up over the mountains. I would have no hesitation to stay in this villa again.

Just Amazing

After writing my original review, I quickly ran out of characters to complete to my satisfaction, so here is an edited version. This is a beautiful villa in an area that is not so "commercial" as other part of the Island but with all you need in shops and some fantastic restaurants close by. The villa is just amazing, fairly secluded with views to die for in every direction and equiped with everything you could need for your stay, with 4 bedrooms 3 upstairs (2 with balconies) including a large en-suite master and 1 downstairs. 2 family bathrooms and an open plan lounge, dinning room with a fully equipped kitchen. The whole villa is beautifully decorated both inside and out. The outside area is large enough for 8 people to not get each others way with sunbeds, and plenty of seating and tables with sun all day but plenty of shade if needed. The pool is a perfect size and one depth, warm enough to be in at anytime of day or night. Having been to Cyprus a few time in the last 8 years this is first time in this area and would definitely come back and would definitely come back to this villa.

The property was very clean and comfortable throughout. A welcome package in the fridge on arrival was a very welcome & lovely touch. Great outdoor space and spacious throughout. Lovely pool pool, hot tub with fantastic views. Maria was great checking all was ok on arrival and with the lovely apple pie for us, which we have read about in other reviews :)The location of the property was perfect for getting out with the car to Latchi, Paphos and along the coast. It's a lovely chilled out part of the island to stay, with plenty of nice places to eat along the coast, also a few with an easy walk down from the property.The food was excellent. Would recommend Pas to Kima, Santa Barbara & Mamma Mia locally. For activities we used Latchi Watersports for jet skis, STS Motofun for a great bike/buggy tour & Blue Lagoon boat trip from Latchi, all as per recommendations. Something to suit all interests and ages Lovely family holiday and would highly recommend.

A piece of heaven!

Absolutely loved Villa Leni - my wife and I are regular visitors to Cyprus and this is by far the nicest villa we’ve stayed in. The location is superb and provided spectacular views across Chrysochou Bay, with the sound of the sea never far away. It’s private and tranquil so we really enjoyed switching off and recharging ourselves there. The villa itself is immaculate inside and out - from the spacious and generous living area with panoramic views to the incredible outdoor space which had everything we needed to fully relax and unwind. There’s fixed umbrella providing shade for anyone who needs it and for sun worshippers it’s perfect due to the pool area getting sun all day till the most beautiful sunsets. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of storage space, with the two upstairs front bedrooms having balconies and seating to enjoy even more of the views! You can dine inside or out (and it’s Cyprus so outside!) at a selection of great sized tables which would be terrific for larger groups to enjoy at night. The pool is one depth throughout and thanks to the ever present sun it was actually really warm - which not all outdoor pools are, even in Cyprus! Special mention to Steven and Maria for thinking of absolutely everything - Steven’s communication before arrival was spot on and his knowledge of the area and things like car hire really helped us out as we got a great deal! And Maria was so welcoming - the apple pie is rightfully legendary! Highly recommended!

Amazing ville surrounded by fruit trees

We went as two family’s with kids( 4 adults, 4 elementary aged kids). The property is stunning, great view and very clean ( including the pool) the hosts are awesome and when we had an issue quickly fixed it. They even left us some breakfast food as they new we were arriving late and wouldn’t get a chance to shop before the stores closed. Amazing! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Had a perfect holiday to villa leni. Everything from the gorgeous clean pool the incredible views which were so so perfect. The villa has everything you need and more. 5 mins to the beach and nice taverners. Santa barbara is a must at sunset. We got married at the villa and it was just perfect. Maria was so kind and gave us some champagne and the whole ceremony and evening was perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. we will be back again. Andy and louise xxxx

The lovely Villa Leni

Evening arrival in the dark but no problems finding the villa with the excellent directions provided. We had a lovely weeks stay at Villa Leni - great weather, very well equipped villa with fantastic choice of outside space including a children’s play area. We loved the pool, heated on request to the perfect temperature for the time of year. We had 2 visits from housekeeper Maria, and she was on hand for any queries. We had a number of trips out locally, one of our favourites being Pomos harbour and stony beach up the coast. Our favourite restaurant by a mile was Coast just down on the beach road - fantastic food, such friendly hosts and just a lovely atmosphere. Nice sunset drinks at Santa Barbara. I would definitely recommend Villa Leni, especially for a family group.

Great location with wonderful views over the sea and rural landscape, surrounded by citrus groves. No close neighbours so you feel remote, but with Bars, taverna's and mini markets, bakeries in walking distance and only 10 minute drive to a large supermarket. Very well equipped and maintained, lovely gardens and a great pool with plenty of sunbeds and sitting areas. Ok BBQ and a great Pizza oven. Mario and Maria always available for help and advice. Great Villa for families although may be a bit remote if you want to take young children out.

Stunning villa in a quiet but relaxing and beautiful part of Cyprus

Firstly, I don't think the pictures on the websites do Villa Leni justice. It is stunning! We were blown away when we arrived. Tucked away down a driveway filled with orange and lemon trees, the property has incredible views looking out to sea with a backdrop of the local mountains. It has everything you could ask for, a lovely pool, BBQ, a fantastic array of garden furniture and of course, the pink flamingo!!! Inside, the rooms are sizeable and pristinely kept but we only really went inside to sleep! The hot tub is a lovely touch to enjoy a drink and watch the sun go down or to stargaze. Argaka is a very pleasant area and we would hugely recommend the Santa Barbara restaurant nearby,

Wow... What a gorgeous villa!!

This was our first time in Cyprus, and when we arrived at villa Leni we knew we had booked the right house. The spacious pool area , sunbeds, playarea for the kids, palm and lemontrees was amazing. Everywhere you look you can see the ocean wiew and it is breathtaking. We were 3 adults and 5 kids and stayed for a week in June. The house was clean and cooled and haved everything you need for a relaxed week. Argaka is a small quiet village , but it has a bakery, kiosk, restaurants, ATM , everything you need for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The beach is only a 6 minute walk ( take the right road down) The Flying irish bar is right on the beach and we had cocktails and food under the umbrellas. ( sunbeds are free) We went by taxi to Latchi watercenter and hired a boat in the marina. The kids were so happy and you could see the crystal clear water down 20 m. So AMAZING !! Letsrentonline were so professional and answered all our questions quickly and Maria the property manager was so kind. When we arrived the were fruits, breakfast, wine etc as a welcome package that we enjoyed so much I would recommend to have a car, but we managed by taxi and Andy Taxi were so helpful We are definitly coming back to Villa Leni and were are already planning for a stay next year Villa Leni is AMAZING !! -Susanne L

Amazing villa - tempted not to tell you though

Villa leni is an excellent villa - spacious and well located for those who like a quiet area We were tempted not to tell you as it reduces our chances of booking it again but it's too late !! We wanted to go in October next year but someone has beaten us to it !!! There was an issue W with the pool on arrival and the amazing Maria soon sorted it The kids loved it and spent hours in the pool Thank you - we would recommend it It takes about one hour from paphos airport and we would recommend the short walk to fly again for cocktails and sunsets

Excellent holiday

The villa was excellent. Everything was as advertised - it was clean, well appointed and immediately relaxing on arrival. The location was also excellent. We were originally looking at places in Peyia but so glad we went with this villa - the area is far less touristy, much more genuine. We loved Liza's Place - the food and hospitality were brilliant. The local bakery (Artopilisis) and kiosk (Sykamia) had everything we needed but it's worth mentioning Papantoniou Supermarket in Polis itself - excellent range of local produce as well as catering for the traveller wanting home comforts. The service from yourself and from Maria/Marios was excellent. I really appreciated your quick and effective responses, it made setting up the holiday much easier. On island, the owners were warm and welcoming and swift to deal with any issues (we lost water on one day, they had it sorted in hours). All the best and many thanks for helping make the holiday a wonderful success.

A spacious private villa providing everything!

The villa surpassed our expectations. We have stayed in a number of different villas over the years but this was the best. Argaka is a perfect location. Sea view, very quiet but close enough to go out for meals and visit Polis or Latchi. We enjoyed the meals at Soulis in Latchi as you could sit next to the sea and there was a great menu and superb service. Finikas in Polis was also good value. Santa Barbara was a good venue to watch the sun set and very romantic. Excellent service from LetsRentOnline. Simple to book all queries answered. Villa was well looked after. Maria very welcoming and friendly. We were very pleased with the service provided. Excellent welcome pack. Villa kept clean, superb gardens and pool well maintained.We were very pleased with everything. We had a lovely holiday. We have already booked to return to Villa Leni next year s we thought it was so good.
