"Seats in the adult pool were uncomfortable. Drinks were great. Wish there would have been something at the resort in the evening (music, theme night). Staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. "

"Room was decent, a bit out dated. Staff was friendly. Amenities are nice, except it can become very crowded. It is located in a lively area so I wouldn’t recommend for people who don’t like a lot of noise. Our room was located near the club across the street and we could hear the music all night. It’s in a great location with restaurants, stores, and coffee shops nearby. The beach sand was a little more rocky than I expected but it’s probably because there is a lot of foot traffic. Parking was very easy. I would stay again at this property. "

"I would stay here all over again for many reasons, but the easy access to and from Renaissance Island was the cherry on top. I was obsessed with the flamingos and calm waters on the island and I loved that I could take the boat ride right from the main floor of the hotel. Very unique!!"

"The hotel was in a great location close to downtown areas and dining etc. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly!"

"-Service for the rooms were unacceptable. Calling numerous times for a room cleaning and new towels/ washcloths. - the cups at the bar are extremely small bring your own cup."
