Worked out good for what we needed since we had family and friends to visit and only needed a place to sleep and the kitchenette worked out good for making easy breakfasts. Felt like a very safe and quiet place. Would stay here again!

The property was perfect! Very clean quiet area. Reasonable location to visit Chico, Magalia, and Paradise. The accommodations were great. The beds super comfy. Will rent again.

This rental is HUGE and very comfortable, but it does not have a kitchen, so you'll want to plan on eating off site.

Came to Paradise for a family event and found the accommodations to be quite nice, unit is very clean and the view of the canyon is perfect when enjoying coffee in the morning. Was good to have dedicated parking, no need to worry about is the spot going to be open when I return. The place is located within 10 minutes of local grocery, Starbucks, restaurants etc. There’s a nice park called Billie Park which was great for getting out and stretching legs and is pet friendly as well. I’d recommend staying if you’re ever in the area.

Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!

The view is spectacular and the location is exactly what we need. Quiet and easy to drive. The king size bed is awesome. Great for back. We will come back few months for sure. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

We love this areq, but we're very disappointed that these accomodations were so dirty. All the dishes were dirty, the carpet was smelly and needs to be torn out and the sheets and towels were dingy and old looking.
