"Hotel was very run down, pool was said to be open and was not. No microwave in the suite. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"I find it funny that you are asking me to review my stay at your hotel when you canceled my reservation without letting me know. I was four hours away from home and had no place to stay and I had children with me. You claimed my card was declined but what really I think happened was you oversold your rooms. Everything was sold out in the area except for one hotel, which I was able to get a very nice room with the same credit card that you said was declined. Turns out my card was just fine! Your hotel is a complete dump and from the moment I walked in the door it reeked of incense. The rooms were very dirty and the beds were very uncomfortable. I only know this because my husband and mother-in-law had to check in the night before and spent one night there. They were very disappointed and disgusted with this place. I would not recommend you to anybody."

"The good: Staff was nice and A/C worked great.! The bad: The room had pieces of food underneath the desk area from the previous customers. The refrigerator was moldy and did not work. The DirectTV would not work until I figured out the light switch had to be on. Breakfast was disappointing (no protein)."

"Room needed cleaned better. Blood on bathroom door/ boogers. Windows needed cleaning and table/desk tops. "

"Don’t book this place, here is why: no curtains, no tea cups in rooms, everything is so low budget and they don’t even have hair conditioners. Manager on duty is completely useless! We had an ape size disturbance in the room above us - could not sleep the whole night! Took them forever to resolve the problem- all the people around that room were affected. The manager failed to accommodate our request to transfer us to the room at the top floor for the 2nd night stay. Overall - horrible worst experience of my life."

"The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean but we were a bit disappointed the bar was not open on a Saturday n8ght and in the morning I wanted coffee but the on-room coffee did not 5as5e good and there was none in the lobby."
