「This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.」

「Pros- house was in a good location within walking distance to campus, host was responsive, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Cons- bathroom floor grout was covered in mold/mildew, house sleeps eight but only three bath towels provided. One bedroom had the fan remote missing and got very hot, one bed was very uncomfortable. Washing machine didn’t work. 」

「The house is great. Could have used a few extra blankets. It says dogs are allowed, but there are holes in the fence, so keep dogs on leash in the back yard.」

「Host was easy to contact to change temperatures. A/C was turned on and I requested heat instead because it was a rainy week. Temperature change was made quickly. 」

「We had a wonderful, multifamily stay in this well appointed house. The kitchen was large and super well outfitted with glassware, china, Cookware, utensils; you name, it was all there! The pool and hot tub were well used and enjoyed by everyone. The outdoor seating area was beautiful in the morning, by the lagoon with birds chirping in the background. 「House needed quite a bit of maintenance. They were doing some kind of repairs in the upstairs bathroom and left paint and gloves on the counter. Kitchen furniture in need of repair. Rug in living room has curled edges. Tripping hazard. Overall our stay was good. No major problems. I’d just remove the rug in the living room. 」
