「The room was actually a small condo- kitchen with refrigerator and gas stove, washer and dryer. The bedroom had a king sized bed- comfortable and spacious. The common room included dining area, desk/chair and sofa and tv. Huge beautiful picture window with city view. It was a perfect place to stay for two weeks. 「The hotel appears to be just starting operations and is still very incomplete. It is currently under construction.
- Facilities and location: The hotel is located in a safe area where you can walk around. However, it is next to a boulevard full of bars, all competing to play the loudest music. Only a few rooms have significantly reduced noise levels.
- Room: The beds were very comfortable. There was no hot water, and some basic amenities were missing, such as toiletries and kitchen utensils....

「Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. 」

「The staff at the reception/front door was always welcoming and helpful before our arrival and during our entire stay. The restaurant on the ground floor was terrific--beautifully done and a nice menu.
