Levanda Villa #40 is a stylish and welcoming contemporary villa set in a peaceful neighbourhood in Ayia Triada, just a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach. With its decorative stonework and large windows, the villa has a bright and airy feel, making it a relaxing base for your holiday.



Inside, the home is thoughtfully laid out with three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower room, and access to a private balcony—ideal for a quiet morning coffee. A second double room and a twin bedroom share a spacious family bathroom, making this home well suited for families or friends.



The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and offers two cosy sofas, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, WiFi, and air conditioning. The dining area seats six, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals with ease.



Outside, you'll find your own private swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, a shaded sitting area, a BBQ, and an outdoor dining space—perfect for lazy afternoons and evenings spent enjoying the warm Cyprus weather.



Located in a quiet residential part of Protaras, the villa offers both privacy and convenience. The main resort area, with its wide choice of restaurants, cafés, shops, and family-friendly beaches, is just a 5-minute drive away.

Amazing villa!

Absolutely amazing property, with all the amenities and space we could need. Air con was very good and pool area lovely. The plants at the property are gorgeous also! Easy to access the property and in a good location for shops, restaurants and beach - I’d still recommend getting a car, there’s lots of space for one car on the drive and you can also park outside of the villa too. Would definitely recommend.
