Perfect stay

Nothing but good things to say about the whole process and the stay. Very nice house that fully lived up to our expectations regarding location, facilities etc. We can strongly recommend this house and the agency Cyprus was a bit too warm for us but I guess we cannot blame that on anybody :-)

Fantastic sea front location in a quiet area within easy walking distance of fig tree bay Excellent and speedy response to any issues Helpful information regarding transfers, shopping and places to visit Great communication and ease of booking Cosmetically -Some tired looking areas in bathrooms and minor cracks in outdoor patio.but this did not reduce our enjoyment We would definitely stay again Instructions on how to switch on the air conditioning downstairs would be helpful as this had to be done frequently via a switch behind the settee

Location. Layout of the villa was perfect for our needs.My elderly mother who has mobility issues was perfectly at home as there was step free access from the pool through lounge and kitchen to the bedroom & bathroom. Property was very tired. The owners need to spend money for some maintenance and repair. This is not down to Villa Cyprus.

Beautiful spot, some improvements needed

The house is perfectly located and with stunning views! House was not cleaned properly when entered. Ground floor bedroom smelling like sigarette smoke. Also, property could undergo some maintenance, and be better equipped (e.g. kitchen tools missing).

Nice House. Great view. Clean and good service. but it's time to invest an renovate it completely. Tiles around pool area and outside are broken. Bathrooms are needing a complete renovation. And the walls should be painted completely as well. AC was good as well the Support from costas. Thanks

Really nice property with lovely views, upstairs windows needed a clean to appreciate fully.

The property was really nice and was a nice stroll along to Fig Tree Bay etc, however the facilties in the kitchen could have been better. Only 2 very large pans to cook with and no decent sharp knife or spatula, pizza cutter etc. Also no plastic glasses despite the villa booklet stating these must be used around the pool. No pegs for hanging washing either, which is a must for me on a family holiday. These things I think should be included in a villa. Finally the upstairs of the villa wasn’t very clean (the floor especially) on arrival and could do with a deep clean, bathroom tiles too. Despite this, we did have a good time at the villa and in Protaras even though the pool and sea were far too cold to use in April. The people are all lovely and friendly.
