「We had a lovely stay at the villa, everything was as it said. The heated pool was great, kids loved being in there even in the rain. BBQ was great. Adrain was very quick in responding. 「Just got back from a three week holiday in this lovely Villa, the check in arrangements were straight forward and the communication with 'spot on' was second to none. Immediately answering any quesions we had and even came round to the villa within minutes when the pool needed some treatment and this was even on a sunday...nothing was too much trouble for them and the welcome basket etc.. was grately appreciated and a nice touch. 「Very comfortable stay - villa has all that you need. Property manager Liz is an excellent communicator and responds quickly and Steve the local manager was super helpful. The villa is very close to lovely beaches and a walk to restaurants and shops. Definitely go to Zorbas the amazing bakery! We would definitely visit again. Having a car helped us to do more locally and Empire car hire were excellent.」

「Great place, great host, Nicos arranged transfers, supplies a car, stocks the fridge, checks in with you to make sure you have everything you need. Even dropped over on the Saturday to give us a lamb kleftiko to pop in the oven, all prepped and ready to cook. And in 20 years of travelling to Greece and Cyprus Nissiotis restaurant 100 metres away has the best steak and Kleftiko we have ever tasted」

「Nice villa for a family/quiet stay. The beach nearby is a bit rocky for the kids to get into the water, but there is nice sandy one a bit further. Anyways I would recommend hiring a car and exploring the area around. Not many restaurants in immediate vicinity, but "Poseidon" worked very well for us. The check-in/out was with a locked key, process was very smooth. Cleanliness is very nice. Wifi works well. One minor remark - knives are quite dull in the kitchen.」

「I'm not one for writing reviews, but we've just returned from Protaras and wanted to say what a great time we had. Communication from our rep George was brilliant. The place was clean, and for us perfectly positioned. Quiet but not too far to get to the beach or shops. We hired a car but there is a bus running very regularly past the villa. Having stayed in Cyprus previously one of the best things about this villa was they don't allow dune buggies, or quad bikes in the grounds. Those things...

「Really spacious villa. Pool is great. Location is brilliant, with a small beach just a minute away, many other larger beaches a small walk away, lots of local cuisine and a bus stop quite close. We had all facilities we needed except for a few things like oven gloves and drying towels. Concierge and villa reps were very kind and responsive and helped us out with all of our queries. A great touch.」

「This Beautiful Villa with everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday. On arrival the Villa was spotlessly clean very well equipped ,even a very handy water cooler .Also a very much appreciated welcome pack of homemade jam ,eggs ,milk, bread ,etc. The Villa is very spacious and modern .
