「到着が１９：３０頃だったのですが、担当者が先に帰ってしまっていたため、チェックインに苦労しました。

「More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!」

「Please note that a cleaning fee will be requested upon check-in. It also would have been helpful to have soap available for handwashing, as I arrived at midnight and needed to go to a nearby convenience store to purchase one. The room is acceptable, though it is older and different from the one shown in the photos. In terms of cleanliness, dust, strands of hair in various areas, and a few cockroaches. 「I love the view and the location. My room was on the 22nd floor, I can see Manila bay and Okada next door. The room was spacious and the bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. I was able to rest well. The staff were kind and helpful especially Che at the front desk. I like that 7 eleven is at the Ground floor of the building which was very convenient for me.」
