It was like home from home and exploring the area, well equipped for bedding and kitchen we would stay again as a group environment plenty of room for all

Good but overpriced

The communication about the layout of the property could have been better. There is no internal access to the downstairs rooms. There is no WIFI - in this day and age - you really should have WIFI (especially for when the weather is inclement in Golden Bay - which is often is). The TV is just a screen to play DVD's - there is no channel service. We weren't told you can't drink the water until the morning we got the check-in instructions - it was Easter Friday - so we couldn't buy bottled water. All in all a disappointing stay.
