Biggest disappointment

Highly disappointed by the hotel. Cute from the outside, glad i used a free night and paid 20ā‚¬ instead of 160 but a little upset that I used my voucher for this place. The room is very basic, not well furnished to accommodate the stay of 2 peopleā€¦ not even room to store bagages for 2. No safe in the room, the door to the swimming pool doesnā€™t close, anybody can come in. The door bathroom door doesnā€™t close, lots of mosquitoesā€¦ seem difficult for the hotel to have a key copy so we were told they couldnā€™t clean the room for almost 3 daysā€¦ they saw us several times at the reception and never said anythingā€¦ they didnā€™t bother we had dirty towels for the 2 nights we stayed. The gym is not a gym. The breakfast was ok. At this price (i paid the second night on directly on their site cos hotels.com seems to take roughly 50ā‚¬), i was expecting much better than the ā€œprivate poolā€ that actually leaves no privacy, the place was very noisy. They have signs prohibiting noise and speakers but they obviously donā€™t care that much about it. Itā€™s barely a 1-2 star hotel in my opinion and doesnā€™t worth that much. There is much better for much cheaper. Rust on the bathroom trash definitely not feels like fancy. Without mentioning the dirty swimming pool they never cared to clean.

Pessoal nĆ£o dĆ” uma cortesia, na nossa reserva nĆ£o tinha especĆ­fico qual era o quarto, portanto nos mandaram para qualquer um. Cama limpa, quarto limpo, serviƧo de quarto ok. Estacionamento ok, mas na falta de vagas tivemos que aguardar espaƧo extra no terreno ao lado. Teve queda de energia e o gerador oscilou bastante. Achei muito nome pra coisas muito simples. Pessoal do hotel educados em todos os locais.
