I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food.

We were disappointed with our stay at Apple House in Paraty. For the price, we expected a much higher standard. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the bathroom tap was rusty, which made it feel poorly maintained. The room was also very cold, and there were very few amenities considering what you’re paying. Most of the staff spoke very little English and weren’t particularly accommodating, which made communication difficult at times. The swimming pools were all cold, so we didn’t get much use out of them, and the breakfast was very average with nothing that really stood out. If we were to visit Paraty again, we would definitely choose to stay in the historic centre instead. It’s much more convenient for restaurants, shops, and the atmosphere, and we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The room we got was not as expected. Very dark and noisy from excessive air conditioner units outside kitchenette window. They were very stingy with towels—one bath towel for each person . No hand towels or wash cloths. The best thing was the restaurant kitchen. Very good food here! Great breakfast and dinners!

The Inn is super fantastic. The crew is wonderful. The place sensational. I just suggest the owners check the sewage system in room #4 we stayed in. The stench was unbearable.

Tudo superou nossas expectativas: instalações impecáveis, quartos confortáveis, áreas comuns lindíssimas e um café da manhã excelente. O spa merece um destaque especial. Carol e Deise foram excepcionais, oferecendo um atendimento acolhedor, profissional e extremamente cuidadoso. As massagens foram maravilhosas e contribuíram para tornar nossa experiência ainda mais relaxante e inesquecível. Na Recepção todos merecem destaque. Como única sugestão de melhoria, acreditamos que a qualidade do papel higiênico poderia ser melhor, pois não está à altura do excelente padrão oferecido pelo hotel em todos os outros aspectos. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e dedicação. Sem dúvida, voltaremos e recomendaremos a Apple House a amigos e familiares!

O quarto era muito barulhento. Barulho da piscina até tarde, mesmo o horário sendo até às 22h e barulho de gerador a noite toda. No entanto, a pousada é maravilhosa. Só longe do centro e ruim para quem está sem carro. O uber não vai até lá , somente as indicações do hotel e mesmo assim é difícil de conseguir.
