“The staff is very nice and helpful. The facilities are awesome. There are a free-of charge minibar in the room. There are also a snack bar area for you to take a rest or get some food and drinks from 12 pm to 2 am. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. I would recommend this room to my family or friends and stay in this hotel again if I go to Paris next time.”

“实际给的跟我们预定的完全不同 说要换房间就丢给你一句没房间了，要么住不要就你自己再找酒店住，还说“这样算是你要退订，我们要收一晚的房费。”我们就说那我们今晚住一晚，把之后的都退了，那个前台说行。到了第二天早上起来去跟前台说退房，他们因为换了班不是我们昨天check in时的那个，又说我们现在提早退房的话要再收一晚的费用，我们解释说我们昨天就跟那个前台讲过要提早退房，那个前台的服务人员还是说也不行就是要我们多付一晚，还说“要么你们就今晚再住一晚要么就把今晚的付了你们现在就可以走”，可是因为房间实在太差了，我们不想好好的出来旅游还要住酒店住的这么憋屈，就跟他们僵持了一会儿说自己今天就要退房，而且昨天那人就是说过我们昨晚住一晚就可以免费退房不收任何费用。他们就一直坚持要我们再多付一晚，我们最后没办法，就跟他们说那把警察叫来，让警察评评理，他们又立马说什么不想跟我们计较这一晚的房费，说那就收我们昨晚一晚的房费，让我们要退就退吧。”

“Hôtel recommandé. Confort de la chambre tres correcte, de même pour la salle de bain. Personnels sympathiques et serviables. Le quartier est très calme avec toutes commodités à proximité. Le métro est à quelques minutes à pied, les Champs-Élysées à 15 min à pied. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.”

“This is the HORRIBLE hotel I've ever stayed in my life. They don't qualify as five-star hotel, I think they are one start. I stayed four nights and paid more than US$600 a night, but it wasn't worth it. 1. The room is so small that water leaks into the windowsill after it rains, and the pillows and rooms smell awkward. Also the bed is to soft and uncomfortable, we need to sleep to another side to avoid headstand feeling. 1. I called the dry towel three times the next night and waited for……

“This is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in Paris and I visit quite a lot , it’s more on the pricy side but if you are looking to maybe break the bank for a special occasion this is the place. Topically nights in Paris for a standard room is 200 but this one at 380 in comparison to other options around this price range is a steal. The only part that is not 10/10 is the region , I think there are better regions to stay but this one works just fine. I would come back totally here if you are……
