We loved the minimalism style and how the artwork reflected nature. If asked how the property may be improved, we would suggest the yard immediately surrounding the building be more maintained as it took away from how nice the cabin itself was and lent itself to more issues with bugs because of long weeds. "We came for an extended weekend for a Wollersheim winery tour and a visit to Taliesin. We added a trip to J. Henry as well. (We aborted a trip to Circus World due to the weather) There are two restaurants/ bars within a 5 minute walk from the property. We ate at each, both were good. The down side was Saturnday there was a band till 9pm, loud music till 11pm. Not a deal breaker for us as we sat on the deck listening. The property was very clean and spacious. "We stayed for the second year running and again were very pleased with the experience. The waterfront location is great for swimming, fishing, and using the provided kayaks and floats. The house is only a very short drive to a sand beach and bar and grill down the road. The house itself worked well for our 3 adults and two kids and we appreciate the nice touches like the yard games, boardgames, and smart tv for when we were winding down. Would stay again."

Even though we didn't cook anything, I loved that the kitchen had full size appliances. Furniture was comfortable, just could have used an ottoman to put our feet up after a long day walking.
