「The villa was as advertised. Great sunset views, nice rooms, Wonderful common areas. The key was being able to reach the property owners and have them respond right away. André and Maria were great at answering our text messages right away, and working through a minor gate issue we had. The housewarming gift was very thoughtful and well received. We would recommend this villa to anyone. They made our time there enjoyable, because they responded quickly to our questions.」

Our family enjoyed hikes to amazing waterfalls, swims in the river homem, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and visits to Braga and Guimares. The house itself is perfect for 8 people, spacious and well equipped with a beautiful garden area/pool with gorgeous views. Diane was very helpful and responsive to any queries. 「The location was very easy to find with clear instructions, and excellent communication at all times. We even had help from the owner phoning a local restaurant which was a nice touch. The garden was beautiful and the little pond even had three turtles in which the kids loved. Swimming pool was also great.
