This spacious 5-bedroom villa blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Inside, two cozy living rooms, a large kitchen, and a meeting room set the tone for memorable gatherings. Outside, enjoy a shared pool, football, and tennis court, and a peaceful balcony overlooking vineyards. Perfect for relaxing, reconnecting, or celebrating, whether it's a team retreat or a family holiday, this "Quinta" has room for it all.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the lush hills of Paredes, this property offers rural seclusion without isolation. You’re surrounded by vineyards, forest trails, and scenic countryside, yet only a short drive from local cafés, restaurants, and markets in the nearby village center. This region is known for its vinho verde, authentic northern cuisine, and genuine Portuguese hospitality.
