I have no positive observations about this hotel 1. Overall condition aged dull interior 2. Shower cubicle cramped and the doors not shutting, going off rails. 3. Phone set had its wires severed 5. Clothes cupboard door not shutting. 6. The price of €84/day not appropriate for a this small cramped poor quality room 7. This is not a 3* hotel. Will never stay in this hotel again

Great stay reasonable price would cone back!
The hotel staf was very nice and allowed us to check in early. Room was fine, only complaint is that there was black mold in the shower. If they will get that taken care of, i would give them 5 stars. The area was great and train station was close!

It was close to a beautiful park and train line and that was the only good thing about this hotel. The hotel was so filthy unkept broken shower taps toilet flush / seat. It was my worst hotel experience ever. It should never be rated as any stars. The service upon arrival was horrible. Made me feel like I was NOT welcome. I could wait to end my holiday in Paris because of the hotel. I will make a formal complaint with Expedia as they should know the sort of hotel they are partnering.

Absolutely terrible
Was charged city tax for our 6 year old daughter. I pointed it out and the man just made up some excuse and shrugged it off. The heater sucks. Old and moldy. Absolute disaster. Front desk old men should retire. It wreaked of smoke indoors. Deff. not someplace for a family stay.

The Nouveau Paris Park Hôtel was everything we needed for our trip. Not the ritz, but on par with a lot of American motels. Beds were comfy and the shower was great. Some of it was dated, but that just added to its feel there was a nice park about 5 minutes walking distance and a great little market where you could get a baguette for ¢.95. The price was right if you’re on a budget. We’d stay there again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... VERY OLD ROOMS
The gentleman at the front desk needs to retired, resigned, or just leave. He is the most unwelcoming person I've ever meet. The hallway to the rooms are 100% dark. The rooms are very very very old. 99% of the channels are in french. Location is okay. Train station was only about 5 mins away. As we were leaving there was nobody available for out checkout.

Not bad for the price
Arrived to a twin room and not a double like booked and kept giving us one towel when there was two people. Room seemed clean, but it was old and warn out. Lots of bars and shops local and just a few minutes walk to the metro stations which can take you to Paris centre. It was also right next to a beautiful park of you want somewhere to sit down and relax.

Near tourist attractions
Hotel is convenient if you use metro to go to attractions. Metro is about 5 minutes away and many attractions are just within few stops. We use the room just for sleeping after touring the city.

very good hotel with amazing price
the hotel was good, rooms looks quiet old but still clean and the bathroom looks newly refurbished, as i was with my husband and my 5 years son we got 3 separate beds as they dont hv any more the double and singl. bit noisy in the morning arround 7 or 7:30am but still we could sleep till 10:30 as it becomes very quiet after that, the hotel is in very quiet street very good location very near to Paris city center 1 very near metro station and one about 7 min walk, the staff are amazing friendly and very helpful if you need anything just talk to them they do their best for help, as we used the hotel just to sleep so we loved staying in it as it is very very good price i recommend it for everyone reading this review

A éviter coute que coute !
Habitant juste à coté, j'avais réservé cette chambre pour accueillir ma famille et laissé notre chambre. J'ai rarement aussi mal dormi. Les draps sont trop petits pour le lit si bien que l'on se retrouve à dormir à même le matelas au bout de quelques minutes, les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées, aussi il faut dormir avec le chauffage pour ne pas mourir de froid. La salle de bain est dans un piteux état, il y a des traces de moisissure sur les joints de la douche et la bonde est bouchée si bien que c'est une pataugeoire... L'enfer !

Excellent rapport qualité prix . L ensemble un peu desuet … papiers peints annee 1970 ( ceux qui aiment le vintage seront ravis) Ce qui est pas top c est moquette dans les chambres … alors qu il existe des revêtements de sols peut onéreux La rue de cet hotel est calme . Il ne manque pas grand chose pour améliorer la qualité.. Mais les prix pratiqués sont honnêtes.. c est pour cette raison que je donne une excellente note

avons passé la nuit du 31/12 au 1/01/2020 dans cet hôtel. Accueil agréable mais chambre défraichie. Le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas. Une lampe près du lit ne fonctionnait pas. Moquette au sol... Cela sentait la cigarette dans les parties communes. Pas de petit déjeuner le lendemain matin. Il fallait le commander mais personne ne nous a averti qu'il fallait le commander en arrivant.
