Great location

Our extended family of 11 people were very comfortable here. The location was perfect for us. We appreciated the ability to check luggage at the rental office, prior to the time to check in for our stay

With 10 people, this flat accommodated us very well. the process was very convenient. One problem was that the door to the flat was right next to the garbage cans for the entire building. When we arrived the dor from the garbage was quite strong but fortunately it didn't permeate the flat. It would have been nice to have a dresser or closet in each room rather than a hanging rack in the kitchen for everyone to share. All in all, things were fine and the size of the flat was very helpful.

Family in Paris

Adequate for our 19 family members and in a seemingly safe neighborhood. Location was very good. Family members stored their luggage at cost at the Urban Flats office.1. Refrigerator was too small and inadequate for a large group, more like a hotel room fridge. 2. No towel exchange, additional trash bags, coffee or dishwasher pods during our 5 day stay.3. Noise level above us of a loud party that continued until 2 a.m. the first night we were there, despite the rules for the flat to not make noise after 8 p. m.4. We were given only 1 key to the flat and had to rely on each to coordinate getting access into the flat.5. Had to park our rental car in a nearby parking garage for additional cost, no free parking in front or near the flat.6. No air conditioning and fans supplied were inadequate for hot June summer.

La ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento está muy deteriorado, no tiene closets, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, no tiene aire acondicionado, la puerta principal queda al lado de la basura en el lobby, los muebles estaban sucios y deteriorados, no habia ni siquiera escoba, estaba muy desaseado. No lo recomendaria a nadie.
