The perfect Apartment!!

Christmas in Paris

Couldn’t ask for a better spot to explore the left bank of Paris. Apartment had everything a family could need and is located in a quiet section of town but very close to everything one could need. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time.

Our stay at rue Vaneau

This is a wonderful apartment, located on a quiet street in the 7th arrondisement, left bank. The owner has taken special care to decorate the apartment in a cheerful fashion. It is a fabulous location and close to shopping, museums, restaurants, etc. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment.

My husband and I took our 18yr-old daughter on a graduation trip and this was the perfect location to enjoy Paris. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to d’Orsay and high end shopping. We really appreciated the two room cooling fans and floor fans, although the breezes through open windows was lovely. It was also great having a washer/dryer!Pascal was easy to communicate with, and she arranged for someone to meet/greet us for a late night check-in. We were very comfortable here and would love to stay here again.

An excellent short stay in Paris

The two of us, retired NY lawyers, couldn’t have asked for a better place for our short stay. The neighborhood in the 7th was easy walking distance to excellent shops, cafes, restaurants and other attractions, for example, the Rodin Museum and the Musee d’Orsay. Recommended without hesitation

Sunny and charming in the 7th

We loved this clean, bright and and spacious apartment in a traditional courtyard building. Pascale met us when we arrived, helped us settle in, and gave us great information about shopping and dining in the immediate neighborhood. The apartment is convenient to many wonderful museums and restaurants and a perfect landing pad after a day spent exploring Paris.

The apartment is lovely, so tastefully appointed! The neighborhood has many restaurants and markets yet maintains a local feel. We enjoyed being able to walk to many museums. When needed the nearby Metro stations were convenient. Our hostess made us feel very welcome.

Amazing flat in central Paris

My family and I made a last minute trip to Paris. Pascale was amazing host, who accommodated her schedule to fit ours and meet us at near 11pm to welcome us. The flat is absolutely lovely, and a close walk to all the sites in central Paris. I couldn’t recommend her flat more, and will definitely stay here again.

Great property in quiet location

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment! We stayed for five nights total. Pascale was great at communicating with us as soon as we made the reservation and even blocked the night before our arrival so we could check in when we arrived early in the morning from the US. The apartment is conveniently located near good restaurants, grocery stores, and the metro. I would highly recommend this apartment for families looking for multiple bedrooms and bathrooms in a good location.

Clean apartment in a good location with really nice host!

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Enough space for the two of us plus two kids and centrally located - conveniently near a metro, bus stop and grocery store. There are a few restaurants and bakeries close by too which was nice. Pascal was a wondering host and very responsive. It's located in an older building (one floor up) so not the most modern, but clean and well stocked. We'd definitely stay again.

Great stay great property and wonderful owner

The in line description was perfect. The location was awesome. Close to so many things and metro. Beds were super comfortable. Pascale gave us a tour and we were ready to see the city. She allowed us to check in early as well. Quiet street at night so perfect for family If I come back to Paris I will stay again and recommend to others. Spacious apartment, well located.

This apartment was great for us, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was mostly very comfortable. The lift was helpful for getting bags up to the 1st floor. Coffee and tea were provided (Nespresso) and a lovely pot of homemade jam. There were good restaurants and groceries very near and transit too. Two negatives - the couch is not suited to adults over 40, being very low. And the bathrooms are just functional and extremely tiny. The host Pascale was extremely helpful.

Quiet, perfectly located & very comfortable

We appreciated being met in person, the flat was inviting & easy to find and ideally located for our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to pull together simple meals (the food hall at Bon Marché is a real treat). The beds were comfortable and clean. The little en suite & bathroom are convenient and very Parisien in scale (tiny!) which always takes a bit of getting used to for our North American sized family! The apartment has a spacious layout so our daughter could do school work in the dining room while we were in the living room and the bedrooms at opposite ends allowed everyone to find their own space. Having light from both sides is also lovely.

Great apartment in an excellent neighborhood

High recommend!  Lovely apartment, well decorated and equipped, with two full bedrooms and two baths, plus attractive living room, dining room and kitchen.  Conveniently located on the 1st floor (i.e., second floor in US terms), with elevator.  Quiet and secure.  Wonderful neighborhood -- three blocks from a major Metro stop (Sevres-Babylone) and Bon Marche, but also has its own community.  True locals restaurant around the corner (we enjoyed eating there twice), corner cafe where we enjoyed late afternoon/early evening drinks and people watching, and a local boulangerie (bakery) with an excellent selection.  Owner is supportive and readily available to answer questions.

We would like to echo the previous, positive comments about both the apartment and the host! Wonderful location, close to Musee Rodin and Invalides, a short walk to the right bank. Grocery stores and boulangeries nearby. Gorgeous apartment, with beautiful artwork, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for a family of 4. Perfect apartment!

What a gem of an apartment! So light, airy, cheerful, comfortable, and clean, and filled with the host’s mother’s beautiful artwork. We were so happy to wake up there every morning and come home to it every night. It felt more like being in the home of a dear friend than a soulless rental. The tall French windows let in loads of natural light – even on the grey November days – and we enjoyed the view day and night, looking out over a quiet street to the front, and a characteristic courtyard to the back. We slept incredibly well – helped by the comfort of brand new beds! Yes, the bathrooms are small; but that’s normal in Paris, and they had everything and worked well (and it was nice to have two, plus an extra sink in one of the bedrooms). Pascale was a delightful and considerate host, quick to respond and super helpful. And as others have said, it really is a fabulous neighbourhood – central, but still very Parisian, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, shops, museums, small parks, several metro stops, and close to the Seine. It was a great choice, and we are already planning our return. Highly recommend!
