At 02 minutes walk from St Germain des Prés church, close to the famous "Café Flore" and bistrot "Les deux Magots", comfortable 02 bedroom apartment located in a gorgeous former building with security code entry, on 2nd floor with elevator, 110sqm, balconies, bright, quiet place, accommodation : 06 guests maximum, 2 bedrooms with view over a quite courtyard (one with king size bed and one 2 single beds), sitting room with sofabed and TV, free WIFI, dining-room with large round table, chairs & armchairs, kitchen fully equipped with washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, micro-waves, table, fridge & freezer, household linen, a shower-room and a separe toilet. A Dyson air purifier and pulsed air thruster at 10m. Possibility to install a mobile air conditioner with an extra fee.
Great location for shopping on Boulevard St Germain, Avenue de Rennes, Le bon Marché, many restaurants, bistros, turistic attractions & entertainments. Few minutes walk to bus stop, metro station Line 4.: St Germain des Prés and Line 10 & 12 Sèvres Babylone . Excellent area to enjoy Paris.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and adequately appointed. The location was superb. Unfortunately, the manager “Claudio” was most inhospitable. He requested we contact him 30 mins prior to arrival, which we did via text, message thru the app, and phone call. He was 30 mins late, with no return communication. It was raining, and we were lucky to find another property manager not affiliated with this property, who let us wait inside, and tried to contact Claudio on our behalf. Upon his arrival, Claudio brought us to a different building, saying he changes the address on the site for “security reasons”. He offered no apology for his lateness, and instead treated us with a brusque and impatient manner, telling us to “hurry up” as we struggled with our baggage in the building elevator. In a word, he was rude.

Great Apartment

Very comfortable spacious apartment on 4th floor in quiet building/street. Many windows for good light—living room and dining room looking out on rue du Dragon. Bedroom windows on courtyard. Very classic Parisian apartment in traditional style but with model bathroom and kitchen. The BEST location. Just a few steps from Boulevard St. Germain, the Cafe de Flore and many other restaurants and shops. A full Monoprix food store just a block away and several metro stops in short walking distance.

Stay at your own risk

OK. Owner advised that building does not allow VRBO and we were to "lie" if anyone asked us. At least 6 people asked what we were doing there. Apparently a previous renter brought bed bugs. Owner left a note about what to do. Stay at your own risk

Great apartment in superb location

Well appointed kitchen and washer/dryer was a plus. Plenty of towels. Elevator access was great. Wish only for more pillows! We will be back.

Beautiful large apartment

We loved staying here, the apartment is in a very convenient location near multiple metro stations and within walking distance to the Louvre. There is a supermarket just around the block and of course a local boulangerie right nearby for delicious pastries for breakfast. The apartment is spacious and well appointed - it had everything we needed for our stay in Paris with kids. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect 2 bedroom with the lift

It is very important when property owner meets you at the property to check you in. Michel was waiting for us and walked us through the property. Very clean secure building, with plenty of towels and everything necessary to cook should you want to. quite bedrooms facing courtyard. Apartment is located in a great location close to everything. Monoprix is 2 minutes walk . I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the furniture and beds were as described. The beds are firm, which we didn’t mind. The kitchen was well outfitted and nicely updated. The washer/dryer is a typical euro combo machine so don’t expect a US dryer. The neighborhood is lovely and easy to get to most attractions. We walked almost everywhere. There are also great restaurants in the area. The building and street outside were very quiet. Check-in and out were seamless as we were met by the host for both.
