No Wifi, not as promised in internet

it's good price if you only want a place for sleep, and the breakfast is good, the location is good, near the champs elysee. But no Wifi provided, not as promised in internet. I asked the reception, the man not warmhearted and was just told their boss haven't fix it for many months. The carpet is dirty...

Ein Hotel, welches man nicht buchen sollte !

Zuerst zeigte man mir und meinem Mann ein winziges Zimmer unter dem Dach. Aufrecht stehen und sich umdrehen waren kaum möglich. Nachdem ich auf unsere Körpergröße aufmerksam gemacht habe (1,73 m und 1,83 m) bekamen wir ein größeres Zimmer: Nach unserer anfänglichen Freude kam dann die böse Überraschung. Am Spiegel auf der Kopfseite unseres Bettes klebten alte Blutspritzer, genauso an der Badezimmertür. An der Wand neben der Toilette klebte reichlich grüne Glitzerschminke an der Wand. Hinter der Zimmertür fanden wir Teile von Kinderspielzeug, der Teppichboden war ungenügend gesaugt, am Handtuch fanden wir roten Lippenstift, die Tagesdecke sah aus, wie lange nicht gewaschen und roch unangenehm. Sämtliche Schränkchen waren mit einer dünnen Staubschicht bedeckt. Die Bettfüsse bogen sich, wenn man sich im Bett nur umgedreht hat, was anderes wäre dort auch nicht möglich gewesen, dann wär alles zusammengebrochen. Frühstück ist für den Preis echt karg. Portionsmarmelade, die alle gleich schmeckt, von Hand durchgebrochene Baquettestücke, kein Ei, keine Gewürze.

Disgusted by the room

I didn't stay I checked out immediately . Hope I don't get charged for the room . If I do I will be taking this further . When I checked out and told the member of staff why he said he was aware of the state of the rooms and that they were closing down in two weeks time.

Super Lage aber schmutzig und schlechtes Bett

Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich, das Bad schmutzig, das Bett unbequem (schlechte, dünne Matraze), das Wasser nicht sehr warm und die Heizung ungenügend (nur über Klimaanlage heizbar)... Aber die Lage machte einiges wett... Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel nicht noch einmal nehmen!

Comfortable bed, Good bathroom, yet weak network

2nd time at this hotel, 5day stay with a friend. Pros: It got an elevator(which i didn't notice at 1st stay), Comfortable beds, Clean bathroom, flexible room service, breakfast service and friendly reception. Cons: This time, asked which Wi-Fi to connect, but sadly it only works at Ground floor. (reason why many other ppls chillin' at robby and breakfast tables) An elevator started to sabotage from the 2nd day of stay till last day. Peoples staying Next door was loud and smelled smoke or something I didn't noticed before they come. But Overall, I feel I was pleased to visit here 2 times. Adding Wi-Fi to each floor could add 1 more stars.

Great location, nice peoples, weak network

Pros: considering a price, it has nice breakfast and clean, confortable room. Staffs were very friendly, even i was arriving late, and checked out late with no problem at all. They also kept my baggage with no charge. Wonderful. Cons: I couldn't figure out which Wi-Fi to connect.

Halvdåligt hotell med bra läge.

Inte speciellt fräscht, men man överlevde eftersom det var bra läge. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Ska man däremot på en romantisk weekend och spendera mycket tid på hotellet då rekommenderar jag det inte.

L'hotel est situé sur les champs-elysés et donc trés bien situé pour visiter Paris. L'acceuil est glacial, le veuilleur de nuit ne vous dit pas bonsoir et le matin on ne vous dit pas bonjour et ne vous installe pas pour le petit dejeuner. La chambre (n1) est spacieuse, calme car elle donne sur une cour et posssède un joli plafond. Par contre le dessus de lit est sale, taché, le mur s'écaille a la table de nuit et la salle de bain est envahie de moisi.

L'hôtel est très bien situé : ligne de bus proche, ainsi que métro. Les photos de l’hôtel sont édulcorées : entrée avec fauteuils abîmés, chambre avec baignoire sans rideau de douche, couvre-lit très malodorant et rideaux très sales. Ménage fait correctement. Personnel : la moitié très bien et une partie pas très accueillante et serviable. Ascenseur souvent non-fonctionnel. Petit-déjeuner : très bien.

A stay close to Champs Elyse

We stayed in the hotel for three nights so we could explore Paris. It was fine for that with us only just sleeping there. It was close to Champs Elyse. iI was very convenient to catch the "hop on hop off" bus.

I still cannot believe that I had to almost wake up the guy at reception at 7 PM when I got to the hotel.. I think he was watching TV or listening to the radion and I really disturbed him when I arrived. Then my room was... horrible... there were 2 twin beds with old 80s blankets. They must have had them for 20 years... there were even cigarette holes in one of them. Out of the 3 or 4 bulbs in the ceiling of the bathroom only one was working and it was very dark. The soap used by the people before me had been left by the cleaning lady. In the hole of the sink was a stuck cheap prosecco plastic lid. The light switches were so dirty that I was using a tissue to touch them. The shower head stand was broken and there was no shower curtain or protection, so it was quite tricky not to flood the room... Anyway, I found the hotel really bad and did not even try breakfast as each morning I just wanted to run away.

Déception dans les beaux quartiers ...

L'accueil par le réceptionniste aura été plus que simple. Il est vrai que j'ai réservé un peu tard et que j'ai du, sans doute, me voir attribuer une des chambres de la réserve... La chambre (sous les toits) était spacieuse, mais une rénovation ne serait un plus. Le petit déjeuner mériterait un peu plus de diversité.
