Logement propre et confortable, sécurisé avec la porte d'entrée et le code, très bien placé, près des métros et très proche de Montmartre, petite cour commune agréable.lit fait avec une bonne odeur de propreté et de fraîcheur, plaid et couette supplémentaire dans le placard, serviettes propres et agréables. Tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine, petit frigo, douche fonctionnelle, eau chaude rapidement avec une bonne pression, toilettes propres.Nous n'avons pas pris de repas dans le logement.Nous avons très bien dormi !

Die Unterkunft war toll gelegen. Die Ausstattung war ok. Allerdings war es etwas störend das die Zimmer nur mit einem Kleiderschrank getrennt waren und somit alles gehört wurde. Da wir mit kleinen Kindern gereist sind, war das etwas störend.

Des bons et mauvais points pour un séjour d’une semaine à 4 personnes,Commençons par le négatif : il manquait 3 chaises à l’arrivée au logement. Non présent sur Paris, le propriétaire a bien pris note de notre inconfort, et a fait un geste. Merci à lui.Les autres mauvais points : la chambre était une véritable étuve malgré le ventilateur. Il y avait 4 verres en tout et aucun de pareil.En tenant compte des avis des voyageurs (et il s’agit d'améliorations à petit coût pour la plupart) l’appartement serait plus cocooning !Les bons points : la situation géographique, le logement est en effet proche de nombreux monuments à pied, le côté sécurisé avec accès sur la cour, et enfin la communication avec le propriétaire.

Week away in Central Paris

Great location with access to several metro lines and easily walkable to Sacré-Cœur and Gare du Nord. Appartment was exactly as advertised and suitable for two adults and two children. Overall marking dropped to 4 stars only due to how quickly the appartment became a sauna during the heat wave Paris was experiencing during our visit. With the doors open and the fan on the apartment cooled down well but due to ground floor location windows and doors had to be closed over night. Lovely cafes and bakeries a few minutes away.

Nous n'avons pas logé dans l'appartement de l'annonce car il y a eu un problème technique avant notre arrivée mais le propriétaire nous a trouvé un autre logement dans le même quartier qui était très bien.Le quartier est idéal situé, très calme. Et l'appartement était super.Le seul bémol est le manque de communication du propriétaire et au dernier moment qui peut ajouter du stress lorsquon voyage avec des enfants en bas âge.

Die gesamte Anzeige entspricht nicht der Wahrheit!Es sind Foto von einer Komplett anderen Wohnung.Kein Außenbereich, nur Innenhof mit Mülltonnen.Die Fenster der Wohnung gehen direkt auf eine Straße.Sie ist für Autoverkehr gesperrt.Es besteht Verletzungsrisiko an dem übriggebliebenen Toilettenpapierhalter,weil die Toilettennische relativ eng ist, auch für schlanke Menschen.Wir haben gebrauchte und noch feuchte Handtücher im Kleiderschrank vorgefunden.Diese blieben in der Wohnung (natürlich von uns umgelagert) bis zur Abreise.Die Lage entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Bäckereien in 2 min.Metro (Cadet) ca. 7 min. entfernt. Die Küche ist OK und mit einer Nesspressokaffeemaschiene vorhanden. Geschirr und Besteck leider nicht sauber.Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit den Vermieter, der jedoch nicht wirklich auf die Beschwerden reagieren wollte und die falsche Anzeige durch Probleme mit der Homepage erklären wollte. Nicht fair.Bewusst hätten wir hätten diese Wohnung nicht gebucht. Ein Außenbereich war bei der Wahl der Wohnung sehr entscheidend und vor Ort sehr große Enttäuschung.Wir füllen uns betrogen. Man nutzt die Tatsache, dass es vor Ort nicht mehr so einfach ist, auf die Schnelle was Neues zu suchen, aus.Leider kann man hier keine Fotos hochladen.
