It is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, 26 minutes by metro from downtown, close to all amenities and close to bars, restaurants, shops and public transport.

The apartment is well-equipped. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
It has a bedroom with a double bed, a functional shower room with separate toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room to relax in after a day of walking.
You will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Bed linen, Towel, Oven, Iron.

Cleaning is done before and after each rental.

You will be staying 26 minutes by subway from the city center.
All amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops... For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "Franprix" at 3 minutes walk.
You will also be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!

The apartment is ideally located 16 minutes walk from the Georges Brassens Park, 13 minutes by metro from the Montparnasse Tower and 8 minutes from the Musée de la Poste.
Its location will also be an asset to discover and visit the tourist sites which make the fame of the capital, such as:
the Eiffel Tower at 24 minutes by bus, the Louvre Museum and the Arc de Triomphe at 28 minutes, the Hôtel des Invalides and the Halles de PARIS at 26 minutes, the Notre-Dame Cathedral at 28 minutes...

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
