Discover this quiet, bright apartment, with a pleasant garden view from the 5th floor (with elevator), in the heart of downtown Paris.

With a comfortable surface area of 50 m², this rental comprises :

- a living room with sitting area and dining table,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge),
- bedroom with double bed (140 cm),
- one bedroom with two single beds on a double bed base,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- central heating,
- TV.

Work is currently underway on the building's facade, affecting the view from all the apartment's windows.

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Hacene was a wonderful host and met us there to show us around. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and spacious. It is in a perfect location - right near major metro routes and only a 20 minute walk to the Siene, the Louvre, and Notre Dame. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again!
