There was a broken window that wouldn't close. I let the manager know and they managed to close it the following day. I spent the night in the cold, though. Also, the bin in the living room hadn't been emptied, there was still the trash from the previous guest. Inside there was a used and rather smelly diaper. I told the manager and he just told me to throw it away. I was quite disappointed for this lack of care and asked for a partial refund but they refused. I will never book with Flat Guest ever again.

Die Bilder sind stark bearbeitet. Die Wohnung ist heruntergekommer als auf den Fotos zusehen. Im Bad löst sich der Putz von den Wänden, die Rohre sind offen. Der Fußboden in der gesamten Wohnung war klebrig, der Kleiderschrank schon kaput. Es musste außerdem ein zusätzliches Deposit von 150 hinterlegt werden, um überhaupt einchecken zu können. Die Küche ist nicht "voll augestattet" und es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler auch Geschirrhandtücher und Geschirrspülmittel sind nicht vorhanden. Das Geschirr war dementsprechend nicht richtig super und bevor man einen Kaffee trinken konnte, mussten die Tassen gespült werden. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war unfreundlich.
