A wonderful choice for our latest visit to Paris. Located in a very quiet part of the Marais, there is an elementary school across street. Lots of interesting shops nearby (clothing, art, coffee), including some great restaurants: Petite Marche, Early June, Chez Janou. Prompt and helpful communications with our host at all times. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cute top apartment in an amazing neighborhood. Has both an elevator and stairs. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. The ceiling is low in the "kids" room but very cute. This place had AC which was crucial this summer. The host was very communicative and generous. I highly recommend this place.

Great apartment with relatively convenient location. Host was very responsive & helpful. Air conditioner was nice to have, 2 Metro stops within 10 min walk, supermarket & bakery & restaurant options nearby. This was a great alternative to hotel rooms for our family of 5.

Our home away from home

My daughter, granddaughter and I booked this apartment for about two weeks. The location was fabulous -- great shopping and dining right outside our door. The apartment was comfortable; air conditioning helped on the few hot days. It was also secure, with two locked entry doors before our apartment. Host Chris was very accommodating and answered questions promptly. Can't say enough good about our stay there. We'd book it again.

Perfect spot for two

We had the most wonderful time in le Marais. The flat was centrally located, so comfortable and very clean. The little room off the bathroom has a skylight, which made it perfect for me as a bedroom (my mom stayed in the big bed). Host was responsive and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall positive experience at this home

Pros: clean; multiple beds (main bedroom had a large bed, pullout couch, and a second room with two beds on floor); once you figure out how to get in and out, it is very easy and convenient to access the unit day to day; host is very responsive and kind; nearby food/restaurants, and markets (which are small, but they have what you need). The space was comfortable when we were there and we felt very safe; lift access was easy to use and very handy. The people in the building were also very nice. Host gives excellent instructions check in/out, and was available for any questions. Cons: most of the attractions we wanted to visit were somewhat far from the home (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, arch, champs), and we ended up having to uber quite a bit. Each Uber was at least 20-30, 20-25 minutes. None of the attractions we went to were within walking distance. The lighting in the flat was tricky to get accustomed to. The building in which the flat was located is not fancy, but it is in line with many other buildings in the area. Overall, we had a great time and we were happy with the flat. I would stay here again because it was a nice place for the price. If you’re looking for super modern/hotel/resort vibe, this might not be for you. But if you’re looking for good value, easy access in and out, and a comfortable place to stay in Paris, and you don’t mind a more rustic vibe, I would very much recommend this flat.

Wonderful place, peaceful, in the heart of Como.

This place is an oaisis in the middle of the hussle of Como. Only issue is that if you have a lot of bags, and you're not able to carry them up many stairs (60) this will be very difficult for you. If not, then this is a phenominal place to stay, with lots of space.

Perfect 4 night stay

Fantastic time had by our family of 4. The apartment is a great space; it's comfortable, clean, tidy, well equipped and the location is perfect. Chris was an excellent and accommodating host who was very easy to communicate with. When we return, we will be sure to stay again. Thank you Chris.

Charming apartment in a great area

Our family of five enjoyed our stay in Paris in this charming apartment. The location was great… close to a supermarket, restaurants and easily walkable to all transportation. Air conditioning was a huge perk as the street was loud at times. We were glad to have laundry (wash and dry) as well. The apartment was nicely stocked and comfortable for our stay in Paris!

Perfect stay

We stayed in Paris for 3 nights. The appartment is located very centrally. Walkable various restaurants and cafes, even supermarkets. You have everything you need, although the second sleeping room with 2 mattresses is quite perfect for children but not good for adults as it has very low ceiling. For us a wonderful stay in central parus.

Great place but for 2 people

Great location Very newly done property ( rare in Paris) Good communication with property owner The big thing for those considering booking this - it is technically a 2 bedroom but the second bedroom entrance is through a very small door through the bathroom and the height of most that room( under a sloping roof) is less than 4 ft. No a/c either, just one window. Given its strange location and very low height with a couple of mattresses thrown on the floor, you can’t put little children there because of its location. You can’t put teens there because they will almost certainly bang their head if they wake up in he middle of night. It reminded me of Harry Potters closet under the staircase. Similarly, even though technically it is 2 half baths, because me they are both in the same area, you can’t use one when the other one is in use. The shower has a glass door. For our family of 3 , we could only use it as a 1 bedroom , a I bath place. I ended up sleeping on the couch. We did feel we could have spent less and taken a 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. It’s a great location though.

Small space but great stay

Great place to be in the city and close to everything. Keep in mind that it is on the 5th floor; however, there is an elevator/lift. Recently renovated and in good shape. Would stay again.

Wonderful few days

Really super location, near the heart of Le Marais but just north of the most heavily touristed areas. Many restaurants and bakeries, and several metro stops, within an easy walk, The apartment was on the 5th floor and the elevator was a major plus. Rue de Turenne was a busier street than I had anticipated, and there is a school just across the street, so noise can be an issue in the mornings. We were a family of 6 (2 older, 2 middle-aged and 2 pre-teens), and I think I would recommend this apartment mainly for a 4-person family. The living room fold out bed wasn't very comfortable, nd the 2nd bedroom is very small for normal-size adults. Also hote that if the weather is hot, the only AC unit is in the living room. With those caveats, I still highly recommend this apartment.

Cozy renovated top floor apartment in 3rd arr

This compact apartment offers a small but complete kitchen, well-designed bathroom and comfortable bed. The top floor location affords lovely views across the rooftops of the neighborhood. Located just a few blocks from Place des Vosges, much of the classic 3rd arr neighborhood is a few minutes away from your front door.

Very good location!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was as described. Owner was responsive when we needed instructions for the TV and the washer/dryer. Good water pressure. Nice large windows. AC works very well. Thank you!
