Beautiful and great location!!

Only issue was the second door was off line. We stood in the cold for 45 + minutes waiting to hear from the office. No phone answer . Finally knocked on the glass across a few times and the nice lady let us in so that we could get to the apartment. Place is beautiful and accommodating for four couples ! Super location!!

The pre check-inn is very difficult, you need to add a way to upload pictures of the passports. Also the customer service phone takes around 20 to 25 minutes to answer the phone. Before arriving it is very complicated once you arrive everything worked out very well

Fantastic Apartment and Great Experience

The apartment is honestly much nicer than the photos suggest. The location is perfect. It is only about 1.5 blocks from the Four Seasons Hotel if that gives you some insight on how nice the area is. Great proximity to the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triumph, as well as the Seine River and 2 metro stations. It really was ideal. The Sweet Inn app was really cool and provided for keyless entry into the building and the apartment. The high ceilings were wonderful, the AC worked great, and the place was immaculate. It truly was a great experience for our family of 7.
