Great place

We had a terrific stay here. Close to everything with wonderful cafes, galleries and conveniences nearby. Metro station just up the street gave us easy access to the entire city and our check in with Everaldo was super smooth. We’ll be back!

Nice place to stay

The apartment in Paris was nice and clean. As many apartments in Europe, it does not have AC so you keep the windows open to keep it cool. The apartment is on a busy street so this was noisy, but I would expect most apartments in Paris to be like this. The location was good with many cafes and shops nearby. As you go to book this apartment, keep in mind a couple of things. This host does not take payment through VRBO and will send you links to pay outside of the VRBO process. The links seemed questionable to me, so I confirmed with VRBO before I paid anything. They also want to have a person meet you when you check in. That person has the code to the door, they do not provide it to you in advance. The host wants you to arrive right around “check in” time. Our train to Paris was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Paris until after 9 pm and they wanted to charge me a late arrival fee. They ended up not doing that when I explained the situation but keep this in mind for booking. Also, they supply one roll of toilet paper and you are responsible for anything additional but they did leaveIs a bottle of wine! Overall the stay was nice and the apartment was a great place to rest or wrap up our day.
