Good studio

Good studio near the Eiffel Tower Clean room, everything works, washer is very useful It was annoying however that the shower is not private and has no door, which I did not realize until after booking. Also they don’t provide adequate shampoo

Ideal location but room had issues like damp and was generally unkept and unclean. Also not air conditioned so not ideal for summer and windows open onto side road and on ground floor so not safe to keep open.

Well located studio

Small secure studio in serious need of maintenance and of a new mattress as the current one is badly stained and did not have a protective cover. Several lights were not working, the curtain rail jammed which meant the curtains couldn't be closed and the radiator was hanging off the wall and again not functioning. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay
