Nice apartment in an interesting area

My brother and I stayed at the apartment last week, which was fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Nicolas was also a wonderful and communicative host, both before and during our visit. Located in Belleville, the property is situated within easy reach of two Metro Stations to explore other areas of Paris. The neighbourhood also has many nice bars, eateries and patisseries, several supermarkets and a large church nearby.

5 Stars I have been staying VRBO/Homeaway for each of the last 10 years. Nicholas provided the best Host experience of all. The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay. Nicholas had a very pleasant demeanor and was very thorough. After greeting us with croissants, he went step by step with a check list explaining everything to us about the apartment, the appliances, the apartment complex, the neighbors and the neighborhood. At one point after explaining how to operate an appliance he then took time out for me to try it out to be sure I could operate it properly. Over all, he provided all the points of information and support possible to insure we had a enjoyable stay and a positive experience. I strongly recommend. 5 étoiles Je séjourne chez VRBO / Homeaway depuis chacune des 10 dernières années. Nicholas a fourni la meilleure expérience d'hôte de toutes. L'appartement était comme annoncé. C'était propre et rempli de tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour. Nicholas avait un comportement très agréable et était très minutieux. Après nous avoir accueillis avec des croissants, il est allé étape par étape avec une liste de contrôle nous expliquant tout sur l'appartement, les appareils, le complexe d'appartements, les voisins et le quartier. À un moment donné, après avoir expliqué comment faire fonctionner un appareil, il a ensuite pris le temps pour moi de l'essayer pour être sûr que je pouvais le faire fonc.

Sejours a Paris

Le quartier est formidable avec les stations de metro proche et un grand choix de magasins et restaurants. Notre hote, Nicolas, est tres aimable et nous attendant avec un grand sourire meme qu'il devais nous attendre. L'apartement a tous ce qu'il faut pour nous mettre a l'aise. Nicolas nous a meme achete des fruits pour nous acceuillir.

Authentic Parisian Stay

My husband and I were in town for the UCL final. Nicholas was very welcoming and provided everything we needed for our stay. His apartment is located in a family orientated and peaceful apartment building which is conveniently located between 3 train stops, just a 5-7min walk away. We also enjoyed having some drinks amongst locals down the street and had our daily fix of fresh croissants every morning. Will definitely recommend his place!
