Charming quiet and bright duplex on the Place de la Bastille

Charm, silence and light in the heart of Paris. Apartment of 62m2 with the appearance of a small house.
3 levels including the last two of the building.
3 travelers.

The apartment is located on a quiet courtyard and flooded with light:

Private entrance on the second floor with a staircase that takes you to the 3rd floor including:
A pleasant and bright living room with fireplace.
Dining room with a fully equipped kitchen: oven, electric hob, refrigerator and everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Separate toilet area.

Another staircase leads you to the top floor where is:
A cozy room: Bed 140x200.
A mezzanine: Bed 90X190, library.
A bathroom: Bath, sink, toilet, washing machine.
Very well served by the metro and the bus that are just in front of the building.
