不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Warning to anyone considering booking this property. DO NOT. We have had a truly awful experience and ended up having to leave on day 2 due to the condition of the property, extremely concerned re security and complete impossibility of getting in touch with the host. Booking a new property was at our own cost
Prior to arriving, as advised in the email I repeatedly emailed and phoned the host to advise out ETA using the contact email and phone number provided. The emails returned undeliverable and the phone number routed straight to an incomprehensible voicemail.
On arrival we successfully entered the property as per instructions and were horrified.
The property was a disgrace. It looked as if the previous occupants had just left. The property had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, dirty bedclothes. Wet towels all over the floor, bins unemptied and full of food and other waste and uneaten food in the fridge.
I repeatedly again tried to contact the host using the only contacts provided and when still unable to get through contacted Expedia who took our complaint and also unsuccessfully tried to contact him/her advising they would call back.
It was after 2am and we were unable to do anything else but stay overnight.
In the morning again nobody arrived to clean, we called Expedia again who like us still were unable to contact the host. We left the property and with huge stress and at our own cost found a hotel. DO NOT BOOK
