Located on the 4th floor with elevator, this bright and charming studio includes:
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a furnished balcony for fresh air.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hairdryer, TV, Cot, Nespresso coffee machine, Fridge, Microwave, Oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located:
- A stone’s throw from the Sacred Heart.
- In the heart of the 18th, near Montmartre, Château-Rouge, Jules Joffrin, Pigalle, etc.
- A few minutes from the metro serving all of Paris.

For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Carrefour City" is just 3 minutes walk.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as:

- the Musée du Louvre 27 minutes by bus;
- the Arc de Triomphe 29 minutes by metro, and many more.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
