    Studio type apartment, a small standard 27m² relative unit with old Classicism style decoration.
    Maintained fairly regularly bright entrance hall, residential balcony of relative standing with small common co-owner garden. Rather quiet, comfortable on the 4th floor, elevator

    Located on the right bank Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, and the Montmartre hill,
    Ideal for 2 adults, couple a child.
    Double bed, one single bed.
    Small kitchen counter, and table for your meals.
    Equipped: induction machines, dish warmers, microwaves, a US coffee machine, a small refrigerator, a washing machine and basic utensils for cooking.
    Shower room, very simple, it has a small standard shower, Italian type, a small sink, a WC Ironing equipment, hairdryer.

    Security deposit: You will be asked to pay € 250 (USD) upon arrival, price varies depending on the length of stay, verification of your identity, and civil liability insurance is desirable,

    The price includes
    Supplies available: (Consumables, cleaning, soap, toilet paper, household linen, sheets, towels, various changes, electricity (normal standard consumption package), drinks, coffee, tea).
    Supply: Additional a supplement may be requested.
    (An extra bed can be provided for an exceptional guest.)

    The studio type apartment has no pretensions. I thank you for not overvaluing this apartment; it is not intended to be a modest dream of the quality of old France.

L"appartement est simple mais bien. Très bons lits. Balcon agréable Dans la cuisinette trop de tasses, assiètes etc. Pas facile à ranger et risque de laisser tomber.

My style when visiting Paris solo is to use moderately priced studios in non-tourist neighborhoods. My requirements are not much beyond a comfortable bed, small fridge, good shower (Roman style is not to everyone's taste, but it is what I have in my own home) and good WiFi. This met all these requirements, with an eclectic combo of tables and chairs rounding it out. I don't come to Paris for the furniture, so all this was just fine with me. The owner Eric maintained good communications, with my intermediate French smoothing the process. I would stay here again.

Hoe Frans wil je het hebben?

Met mijn 19 jarige dochter heerlijke dagen gehad in het appartement! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en de inrichting is echt heel erg cute! Veilige plek en een hartelijke host! Ideaal voor het ontdekken van het mooie Parijs.

The apartment is very simple and basic accommodation but provided the basics of what we needed for a short stay in Paris. Eric was waiting for us at the gate when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. He accepted a driving licence as the retainer/deposit which was returned when we left.It was a shame that there was scaffolding around the whole of the building for the duration of our stay which meant the workers were quite noisy when they started work in the morning. I'm sure this was beyond Erics control and we did not spend much of our day in the apartment anyway.It was less than a 10 minute walk to the metro so made for easy access to the sights in Paris.

Nice location

Eric was very nice to accommodate all my family. Even with the language barrier we managed good. The place is small, but we only need it to sleep and shower.

Excellent

Eric is the most amazing host. He was waiting on us at our arrival, showed us the property, gave us the access keys with the best and polite way. Location is really good and quiet. Pictures show exactly what they have. We can cook and drink a good coffee. We really enjoy this time in Paris.

Uma experiência maravilhosa

Estadia foi excelente: localização perfeita, próxima a pontos de ônibus e estações de metrô. O apartamento é absolutamente funcional: tem todos os utensílios domésticos que precisamos, mini geladeira, mini máquina de lavar roupas, diversos produtos de higiene e limpeza, camas super confortáveis e sem deixar de mencionar a gentileza e capricho de Éric, anfitrião dedicado em nos proporcionar uma estadia confortável e prática. Super recomendo!

clean place, great location, attentive host

Eric the host is people friendly and makes his guests feel comfortable. The unit is in a great location and only 5 minutes by foot to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. For the price, it's a terrific choice for anyone visiting Paris for a few days, best for 1 or 2 people, but can accommodate three. Next time we visit Paris we intend to stay with him.

A perfect find!

The apartment was very clean and cute and it had everything we needed. The location is not in the heart of the city, but is very close to lots of public transportation, so its very easy to get around. Eric was very helpful and understanding when we had issues with travel and making adjustments and was overall very nice!
