Nice place

Comfortable and freshly renovated. The communication with the locator was efficient and I reccomend this place. Near of the metro station and transport.

Excellent location, very clean apartment great for short stays.

• excellent location close to eateries, coffee, local stores, grocery store, green space very easy access to bus and metro options • general area felt safe • very clean, compact, newly modernized apartment • beautiful building and nice shared courtyard • no stairways to navigate so access is fairly easy, however there is quite a large step to get into / out of the apartment • front door and bedroom window of apartment is located right next to garbage disposal area and communal courtyard so can get noisy • washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron was appreciated! • a full length mirror, USB charging option, and a door mat for shoes would be a great addition! • the air conditioning did not work during my stay however we did not need it • the mattress in the main bedroom was very thin, ok for a few nights, my friend mentioned the sofa bed is a similar experience. Overall definitely recommend, great base for exploring the city 👍
