Emplacement idéal mais aucun internet et tv

Malgré l’excellent emplacement, nous avons été très déçus. L’internet ne fonctionnait pas, ni même la télé. Avons tenté de rejoindre l’administration mais avons eu un retour que 4 jours plus tard. De plus, sur le site, on voit une 2ieme télé dans la chambre qui n’existe pas.

Misrepresented

This is not Deluxe as advertised. If this were a hotel it would rate 2 star at best. When we arrived we found the hand rail on the tight narrow stairs had been ripped off the wall. The furniture, all Ikea, literally looked like it had been garbage picked off the street as it was filthy and heavily worn. Wall paper in the bedroom had tears in it. Curtains were as cheap as they come. Marketing as a deluxe apartment is a misrepresentation of the property and we were told there is no recourse by property management company i.e. once they have your money, you're not getting it back. VRBO support is virtually non existent while overseas, unless you want to rack up large phone bills on hold. I could not find a customer support email address on the website anywhere. This place is a classic example of a real estate speculator trying to cover their mortgage by leveraging the rental marketplace. They are clearly not hospitality professionals and the entire experience felt like a scam. Buyer beware.
