In the heart of the Marais, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, this fully renovated apartment is just a stone's throw from the Centre Pompidou, the district's museums, art galleries and emblematic cafés. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a quiet, well-maintained building, this 66 m² 2-room apartment perfectly combines Parisian charm and modern comfort.

As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the generous volumes and luminosity of the living space. The warm, spacious living room features a large sofa for relaxing, a large flat-screen TV, and a convivial atmosphere ideal after a day's sightseeing.

The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen will delight food lovers. It has everything you need to cook like at home: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, plus all the crockery and utensils you'll need. An elegant bar with four stools completes the space, allowing you to enjoy your meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
