Disappointed

There were several problems with the property which were not responded to by management. Location excellent but furnishings not as pictured. Not a pleasant environment.

Booking cancelled a week before stay

So, I can’t really attest to the quality of the unit, but can attest to booking it weeks in advance, then being told there ‘was a problem’ and having it cancelled. I understand that mishaps happen, but so do negative reviews when they occur. So, buyer beware

Excellent location and Eiffel tower views!

Located just next to the Eiffel tower with views from the rooftop. Walking distance to almost everything restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, boulangeries and even laundromats. Close to the metro and tour bus stops. Perfect location if you want unlimited views of or multiple visits to the Eiffel tower and other attractions nearby. The apartment itself is are exactly as seen on photos. 2 bedrooms, the bigger one facing the Champs de Mars, the other with windows looking out the street, no balcony. Plenty of mirrors. There was a strong bleach smell or some sort of cleaning product as soon as we got inside. Not the most comfortable sofa nor the cleanest as there was some stain underneath the throw that was there to cover it. Bed and linens were ok. There's no washing machine in the apartment. No netflix - there was one day where we had nothing booked for tours and it was raining, would have been nice to stay in but there was nothing to do inside at all. There were 4 of us but we were only provided 3 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 night stay at the apartment so we had to buy more. Shower pressure was pretty weak but never ran out of hot water. There was a scheduled water disruption that wasn't communicated ahead so one of us had to leave for our tour without taking a shower. Overall happy with the price and location. If they can sort out the rest, I'm sure they could charge a premium that guests are willing to pay.

Best part of my stay in Paris

Charming. The high ceilings, the tall windows that open on the Champ de Mars. A small fan helped ease the almost 100 degree Fahrenheit afternoons, as did the small bathtub filled with lusciously cold water. Best part was the secret rooftop garden with apples and pears where we could cool off at night and watch the Eiffel tour sparkle every hour.

Great Location; TERRIBLE Check In Process

The apartment was cute. Great space and very close to Eiffel Tower. Checking In was ATROCIOUS. You don’t know this until 24 hours before arrival, but you have to pick up the key from a convenience store VERY FAR AWAY from the apartment. We had to take the metro to a totally different area, with ALL OUR LUGGAGE, just to pick up the key. Then get BACK on the metro (or walk for half an hour like we did on cobble stone with all 6 of our suitcases) to the apartment. This alone would make me NEVER want to stay here again. So unless they change their check in process, don’t book this place.
