Christmas in Paris 22'
Let us begin with Veeve. They were/are very professional, very responsive and a first-class property management group. They even replied to us within minutes on Christmas day.
The apartment we rented was pretty much as advertised. You need to get used to renting someone's private home, but once you look past that the unit was great. The only (minor) issues were we ran out of toilet paper. Not sure why that could even happen. We were gone 12 hours a day so we were hardly there. Yes, they offered to bring more but why is that even a possibility? Since this was a private home, Veeve supplied linens that were the typical rough hotel towels but the bigger issue was the pillows used n the master bedroom were like rocks. The other two rooms were more acceptable.
In fairness, our stay was great. The apartment was in a great location (2 min walk to trains and great shopping and food), a secure quiet building, very spacious and we were very comfortable. As walkers, we found this location to work very well to get to everywhere wanted to go. The nearest Metro/Subway entrance was right across the street.
Would for sure rent from Veeve again. The Only reason we would not stay in the same apartment again would be for a change since we don't go to Paris very often.
