Cushions provided instead of proper pillows
Rooms not cleaned everyday
No shower gel in the bathroom
Air conditioning not working well
Rooms don’t have air fresheners
No room service, if you need anything, you will have to go to the reception yourself even if you are tired, I thought the concept of a hotel is to help you relax
Breakfast runs out of milk, has rotten fruit, pancake machine only works for a bit till runs out of dough and no one replaces it. Juices run out and no one refills them. Water runs out as there are only a few bottles and no one refills them. I can go on about the faults we found in this hotel and we were told they can’t do anything about it. When I said we won’t stay there again, I was told by the receptionist (Salah) that’s up to us , it’s amazing how they don’t care about customers and don’t value people who choose IHG hotels for s reason. Overall a very poor experience and I will stay away from this hotel and probably choose any other hotel over IHG in the future because when a hotel doesn’t care about customers, why shall we bother giving them our money. Expedia offered us 1400 points , I think Expedia should be ashamed for even advertising for this hotel and selling rooms which doesn’t meet the standard and on complain. They just offer you ridiculous compensation
