The staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. We had to check out two nights early because the room was infested with bedbugs. The elevator was out of order for most of our stay, and when we decided to leave, they didn't even try to remind us or show any concern about the bedbugs. It was a terrible experience.

I was initially disappointed in the size of the room but then decided it was okay. However, there were brown spots in the sheets that I didn't notice until morning. There was only one outlet more than 5 feet and 9 inches above the ground so I couldnt use more phone while charging. No shower. Do not recommend.

The hotel served its purpose; I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, I knew it would be something simple, but what I didn't expect was the musty smell coming from the bathroom because they stored old things upstairs. The carpet was extremely old, to the point that there was practically no carpet left. The bed, although comfortable, was very saggy. The person who checked me in at reception wasn't friendly at all. Don't expect to be able to store your luggage if you need to; they won't help you. The hotel is in very good area, good transportation!

Beyond expectations! My room and bathroom were quite clean throughout my entire stay, which I absolutely liked - well, expect for the first day: two pillowcases were stained, but I took them off the pillows and the next day, I received clean ones and all was well. Moreover, the receptionists were so very kind and friendly.

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a hotel. We checked into a room on arrival and walked into a room that clearly wasn’t cleaned. There were cigarettes under the bed, previous guest invoices on the desk, opened beer on the desk and hair in the bed. I spoke to reception and he gave us another room. Upon entering this room, we checked the bed and there were bed bugs. I asked if we could get a refund and he declined and told me to contact expedia as I booked this hotel through expedia. I contacted expedia and they contacted the hotel once again and they declined to refund me. I was forced to go book another hotel for 4 nights. I would not recommend staying at this place. If I could I would give this hotel 0 stars because that’s what they deserve.
