Raphael was very polite and helpful. Amenities were great, the free mini bar with soft drinks was super generous! Hotel also had snacks, coffee, drinks at reception free of charge too! Rooms were clean especially the bathroom. Housekeeping done very nicely. The rooms were a little small but everything else was perfect! Located next to a station for easy access to transport!

Fantastic hotel! The rool was spacious, super clean, great view, safe area, they give free non-alcoholic beverages in your room and restock them daily (juices, evian water, sodas), have a free snack area from 2pm to 12pm daily, great hot breakfast, internet was super fast, vlose to multiple metro and bus stations... I mean, loved it! Thank you to the staff, super accomodating to our food allergies too.
