糟糕的服務態度，不推薦這間飯店。
一家四口訂兩間房，早上9點就辦妥入住手續，寄放行李後出去玩，晚上回到飯店結果給了不同樓層且不同房型的房間，其中一個樓層的房間還沒電梯，也不是我當初預定的房型。詢問櫃檯人員只說客滿沒辦法。問題是我早上就辦好手續才出去玩，值班櫃檯人員仍不肯承認錯誤，很差勁的服務人員，不推薦這間飯店。

房間治安問題
住宿其間下午時段於房間休息，無啦啦有人偷偷開了我們房門，我們說了聲誰人？後來即刻關門，我們到大堂詢問此事，職員告知是房間打掃，但我們問已是下午三時許而且我們房間已打掃好，為什麼還會有人偷偷開房門？

前台ANDRIAN很贴心
此次蜜月之旅非常高兴的就是能入住此家酒店，前台ANDRIAN给我们留下了深刻的印象，不但布置了房间对于提出的要求都想办法尽力满足，这个男生帅气和贴心。入住的第二晚打电话到前台希望可以要点热水，印度籍服务生遗憾的表示需要热水只能自己来餐厅取。第三天遇到ANDRIAN无意说起房间没有热水不太习惯，他马上向餐厅借了热水壶给我表示可以退房时归还，真的非常贴心，有这样的员工的确能提升酒店的品质。下次再去法国一定会再入住这家酒店，希望还能遇到他

Thanks to the colleagues in reception for helping us to plan & book all our activities in the week we stay in Paris. We really enjoy our valentine days in Paris will the help of them to book a wonderful dinner for us. Hotel is quite near Elysees, just a 5 min walk. Clean & well decor room which you must request for a new renovated one. The room is a bit noisy for the restaurant opposite since the load & unload goods in the quite early morning (around 6). The room is not big , but to be fair, it is acceptable when compare will others hotel's room in nearby location. I recomand this hotel to you. It is a right choice.

Nice interior but not very convenient
The hotel interior is great! Nice design, nice service! When my husband and I arrived on the first night, we have a booking in a french restaurant, however we were late, the staff is very nice and he helped to inform the restaurant we would be late, I love it! But the location is a bit quite, surroundings are office and residential area, if you come back late, it's a bit scary and not very close to subway, but it only takes 10 mins walk. But the interior overcomes all of the surroundings, definitely will join again!

Not a very big hotel but very comfortable and clean. Room was spacious. Six minute walk to the Champs- Elysees. Does not have a restaurant in hotel but many cafes next door. However you can have breakfast. In the same breakfast room, the hotel provides free snacks that you can have throughout the afternoon. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and accommodating. I really felt welcome and cared for. They made some special arrangements for my daughter who was having an asthma crisis. The hotel is beautiful. A very nice design. And they decorated it really well for Christmas. It was very jovial. The breakfast was delicious. A good and tasteful selection.

AMAZING
Great location and short walk from the Champs Elysee. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Super friendly staff who were so helpful! Snacks and in-room mini bar came in handy. Was in Paris for the Rugby World Cup and can happily report there were no bedbugs as being reported int he news all over Paris currently!

The staff was very helpful making recommendations on things to do, restaurants etc.. the nonalcoholic drinks in the room was free, everyday from 2 am to 2 pm they offer snacks in the lobby which was a pleasant surprise. The location was very good walking distance to shopping and restaurants. On my last day to return to the airport I had asked the front desk to book me a taxi the night before. I had thought taxi rates to the airport were fixed at fifty five euros. The driver charged me 70 euros when I got to the airport. I didn’t argue but I thought that didn’t seem right. I should have done Uber.

Tout parfait hôtel très bien situé
Vraiment tout parfait accueil gentillesse du personnel Propreté de la chambre et elle était immense ! Snack bar à volonté gratuit en journée et le soir . Petit dej très bien avec une dame fort sympathique et qui est très efficace . Nous y reviendrons c’est certain un grand merci à l’équipe

Perfect for the one night we had in Paris, as we wanted to be walking distance from Champs Elysses. Decent sized room with comfortable twin bed (we had two). The hotel is quite Parisien, somewhat charming but with a bit of (visible) wear and tear (carpets in halls, wallpaper in rooms).

The hotel location, staff and room were fantastic! However we had an issue with reservation: our bookings through Expedia clearly stated that we were to pay at the hotel, but about 2 weeks before our stay we received a notification from our credit card company that they refused a payment requested by the hotel. It was very difficult to contact the hotel via email and eventually we received an answer indicating that our credit card was invalid and unless we could provide a valid credit card our reservations would be cancelled! This news and the general lack of answers to our emails was very stressful for us since we had reserved rooms for five family members and were going to celebrate a birthday in Paris. Eventually our daughter called the hotel and the answer was that there had been a mistake made. She prepaid our rooms, to be on the safe side and everything went smoothly afterwards, but we really didn't need all the aggravation!

The staff was very nice! The snack bar and breakfast was delicious. I loved the old fashion elevator, the hotel is older but that’s what I loved about it. We were given a room with a little balcony which I wasn’t expecting so it was a plus.
