Our hotel is equipped, from the entrance, with security cameras that have not detected the presence of any man corresponding to your description. Please note that you refused to view the images with us, despite our proposal. The doors of the rooms have maximum security, it is impossible to open them from the outside without a programmed key, each day, by our care and handed, exclusively to the tenant of the room for the reserved period . Additionally, we have warned the police that we take this kind of situation very seriously, the safety of our customers being above all else, especially since we are mainly a women's team. Yet your version of the facts as well as that of your friend have strangely changed several times. Finally, you do not wish to lodge a complaint with the official government service. You will understand, madam, that your comment does not seem right to us and could perfectly be associated with defamation, which is also prejudicial. Dear Sir,I am very surprised with your review, I asked you when you checked-out if everything was ok, you answered to me YES. The receptionist who worked at night also told me that he spoked with you during your stay but you never mentioned any problems. We checked also in room if there were insects in the room but we din't find anything. Could you please let us know what is the real reason of your dissatistaction.
