ホテルはとても古い建物にあり、共同トイレ、シャワールームに清潔感がなかった。禁煙の部屋だったがとてもタバコ臭かった。また室内に暖房器具がついておらず、また余分の毛布もないと言われてしまったので、ダウンを着ながら寝た。駅からのアクセスもとても良いが、パリの中でも治安が悪い地区です。もう少し高い値段を払って、他のホテルに滞在することをおすすめします。

Me and my opinion

I liked it. Room was fine. Two showers on every floor. Sink in the room. There was only one toilet per floor which is not bad but the one on our level was closed and the one upstairs had a broken lock. Remember to come back before 1am because you wont be able to enter otherwise. Thats all about hotel.

Pas de wc dans la chambre. Pas de serviettes pour la toilette. Difficultés pour prendre sa douche ,sur le palier comme pour wc .Très bruyant .Nombreux SDF ou migrant devant l'hôtel .

Slechtste Service Ooit

Via Expedia boeking gemaakt voor hotel in Caen en hierbij is de reservering doorgelinkt naar dit hotel. 15 minuten na reservering bij hotel in Caen aangekomen en daar heeft de hotelbalie mij erop gewezen dat de linking niet goed werkte en de reservering bij een ander hotel was aangekomen met dezelfde naam. Vervolgens zowel het hotel zelf als Expedia hiervan op de hoogte gesteld, maar dit was niet op te lossen. Hotel zelf wilde niet meewerken met een restitutie omdat ze dit niet passend vonden (reservering is reservering). Belachelijk!! Doodleuk wist hij nog te vertellen dat dit wel vaker voorkwam; waarschijnlijk enige wijze waarop ze nog een beetje geld verdienen.

On the way to the hotel, we met a drunken man who tried to disturb us and follow us to the hotel. NO Fan and the toilets looked unpleasant along the stairs. Noisy outdoor. Not worth the money even though it is an overnight stay. I should stay in CDG Airport which is better.

You Can Do Better

I have stayed in numerous budget places in Paris, and most are better than this. The room was clean and modern, but small and with no climate control. There is no elevator, and the toilet room and shower are too small. The WiFi did work well and it is only about 15 minute walk to Gare du Nord station.

O Hotel é muito ruim. No anuncio dava entender que havia chuveiro no quarto, mas há apenas uma sala de banho para todo o hotel. Um banheiro por andar (com apenas um micro sanitário que mal cabe uma pessoa adulta). Não há elevadores então tem aue subir todos os andares de escada. O quarto estava muito sujo, mas muito sujo mesmo. Com cabelos e pelos pelo chão e até um algodão usado que permaneceu no mesmo lugar por vários dias até que eu mesma recolhesse. Alem de tudo ainda comeram nossa comida que estava dentro do quarto. Embora o hotel fique bem perto de uma estação de metrô, a região é muito feia, cheia de vendedores ambulantes estrangeiros abordando e vendendo todo tipo de coisa. A porta do Hotel fecha à 1h da manhã, então se sair tem que voltar antes porque senão fica pra fora (segundo o pessoal do próprio hotel a região é perigosa). A única coisa que gostei foram os rapazes da recepção que foram extremamente atenciosos e educados.

vous dormirez pas, arrivage tout la nuit !

Déçue, je comprend que c’est un ptit prix , mais toute la nuit des arrivages et on entendait tout ! Le mur sont vraiment trop fin ! Le pire a 1h10 du matin l’alarme a sonnée et il as fallu attendre longtemps pour l’arreter ! Enfin les ptit meuble DEVRAIT être changé , le bois est pourri et l’eau fuit !! Donc petit prix mais je n’y retournerai pas !

Friendly Staff, Hotel Under Renovations?

Shared bathroom with five other rooms was always gross, like a hostel. But this wasn't a hostel, it was a hotel. Toilet room was too tiny to sit in, and was also shared. Lots of graphitti in the toilet room. There were old mattresses in the common area where the showers were located. It seemed like the other floors were also using our shower room, so there were only two showers for everyone in the hotel? The room had no cold water, so the sink in the room only had scourching hot water. The sheets were clean in the room, but the bed spread in the closet was very dirty. The staff was very friendly though. The hotel was in next to a butcher and a small market that always had people outside making a mess.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Ich habe mir sehr kurzfristig ein günstiges Hotel direkt in Paris suchen müssen und daher hier gebucht. Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Gare du Nord entfernt und dementsprechend dreckig und unsicher ist die Gegend. Besonders nachts fühlt man sich zwischen herumlungernden und prügelenden (kein Witz!) Gruppen und aufdringlichen Bettlern nicht sonderlich wohl. Für alleinreisende Frauen nur sehr eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Das "Hotel" hat eine kleine Rezeption, die meistens von anscheinend ungeschultem Personal besetzt ist. Englisch funktioniert aber mehr oder weniger. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, jedoch sehr billig eingerichtet. Bett war komplett durchgelegen. Auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Straßenlärm sehr laut. Zudem sind die Türen derart schlecht eingepasst, dass man Gewalt aufwenden muss, um sein Zimmer zu betreten, was wiederum mit großem Krach verbunden ist, den man bis ca. 2 Uhr nachts immer wieder hört. Die gemeinsam genutzten (!) Duschen sind in Ordnung, falls man keinen größeren Wert auf Sauberkeit legt. Beispielsweise gibt es nur eine einzige Badematte, die nach der ersten Benutzung den gesamten Tag nass auf dem Boden rumliegt. Shampoo sollte selber mitgebracht werden. Die Toiletten sind im Treppenhaus und derart klein, dass eine ordnungsgemäße Nutzung insbesondere für größere oder stämmigere Personen nicht möglich ist. Dementsprechend sieht die Toilette dann auch aus. Fazit: Nur für den Notfall.

Hotel très près de la Gare du Nord, accès facile au métro tout près. Partageant salle de bain et douche , pas toujours propre cependant. Chambre frais peinte, propre, lit confortable. Très bruyant sur rue achanlandée , avec fenêtre fermée cela peut aller. Prix abordable.

Cheap but on the edge

At least the bed sheets were clean but the floor and everything else was not, shower was ice cold and the sink in the room was obstructed. Toilets were ok but super small, you can barely sit. Check in until 1AM means that there's a curfew, so each day you need to deposit keys when leaving and then get them back once you enter BEFORE 1 AM, otherwise you cannot go inside.
